Every detail was excellent. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful

Super duper personnel, friendly and helpful

The room was way dirtier than the last visit. The cups had clearly visible stains the room cooling was barely working, i turned on the air condition as soon as i checked in around 14:30 and put the desired room temperature around 18 Celsius and it took till 2 am for the room temperature to reach 20 degree let alone 18. the food quality gotten so bad that i left more than half of the food untouched.

One the best hotel with a lot of friendly stuff, we were for 11 nights there and that was perfect, only the breakfast could be a little bit better, more option.

Staff & service

The hotel stay was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and room service was very prompt. Great place to stay!

The first day was like a nightmare. Was miss treated by residence side manager and later was called at 1:40 was rudely waken up because they felt like they had to explain to me the situation.

Great hotel for layover. Clean & comfortable. Nice shopping centre beside the hotel. Just wished aircon was adjustable, kind of hot at night. Will stay again.
