The roomboy was very helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was comfortable, but the bedcover in the closet was dirty. There was a lot of hair. The room was fully equipped, with a cooking pan, an electric kettle, a rice cooker, and a dishwashing area, as well as cutlery, plates, and spoons.

Weird ordering system. The customer was diverted to Travelio and had to wait 2 hours to check in, then suddenly there was a deposit and it came back after 5 working days. From the beginning the message was not listed in the description but the customer was told to contact Travelio independently because they did not have a database of customer numbers 👎🏻 very disappointed.
