Hotel is awesome clean and close to shopping. We enjoyed our stay no complains

Clean, comfortable and clean. I love how this Hampton Inn didn’t have so many rooms. It made it feel like we were in our own apartment instead of a hotel room. Breakfast was so, so but that’s at any hotel. At night it was so quiet we slept like babies and the beds were very comfortable. A+ in our book.

The hotel was clean and easily accessible from the highway. The only issues I had were broken towel rack and toilet paper holder in the bathroom. They also forgot to refill the shampoo bottles before I arrived.

Given wrong room, AC didn’t work, no maintenance available, no manager on site for all 3 days I stayed. Check out with no issues resolved.

Nice hotel room was surprisingly big and plenty of room for my family of 5. No issues with check in. Clean and exceptional service. Breakfast was offered during our stay and the first morning very good but the second morning blah! Location is close to a HEB and a Chuys and many other store. Would for sure return.

It was very quiet. Staff were very helpful Only in bathroom toilet paper tissue holder was broken. I loved the night light under the bed very much. Thanks

The front desk clerk spoke very low if at all. Our first room was a double when we paid for a king. He did change this for us without too much hassle. There is a moldy smell throughout the halls and common areas. Along with the halls being warm and stale. The television was mounted in an odd position so that it couldn’t be seen from the bed. The mattress was the worse of all the negatives! Think unsupportive mattress that sunk to the wooden platform it sat in. Definitely not comfortable!!!

Had to change rooms after check-in due to lack of a television signal. Room changed to had one of the two windows “dark shade” missing. Otherwise an excellent hotel free breakfast setup and convenient to shopping and nearby restaurants

I enjoyed my stay. We had some issues with the tv remote but the staff helped to fix the issue in a timely manner. I dont have one complaint. Really nice place especially for the price. Thank you to Brooke and the man at the front desk on night shift for being so helpful
