I happened to try the Bali and Lombok rooms. The lobby area was clean and tidy. There were also many interesting spots for photos, which was a plus. In the Bali room, the room had a unique interior design with a Balinese feel. However, some parts of the walls were peeling and there was a lot of dirt, like uncleaned soil. The bed was tidy, but the pillows had a musty smell, making it uncomfortable. The bathroom was actually okay, with strong water flowing, but initially the toilet didn't have any water. Fortunately, it returned to normal. In the Lombok room, the interior design was also good and felt more spacious. However, the same problem persisted with the musty pillows. Furthermore, when it rained, there were leaks in the walls, which was quite annoying. The most disappointing part was the swimming pool. When I first arrived, it was so dirty that I had to ask the staff to clean it. I've been waiting for quite a while, but the results are still less than optimal—there's still a lot of moss, and the poolside area hasn't been swept properly. All the facilities should be clean and ready to use without having to ask before guests arrive. I originally planned to vlog here, but the current situation put me off. In the end, I just stayed overnight and looked for photo spots. The Junior Suites had no TV, only a bracket, several lights were out, no toilet paper, no trash can, dirty toilets, and towels were provided as a mere formality because they were really dirty, haha. Check-in was at 2:00 PM and left at 10:30 PM.

It's a shame the place is beautiful but poorly maintained. I was initially in a superior room, but it wasn't very clean, so I was upgraded to a deluxe room.
