I wanted to check in around 4:30 PM but still had to wait a long time for the room to be prepared. Checking in requires paying for parking. The room was dusty. It smelled damp and dusty. The WiFi was off. The TV was off.

I arrived at 1:00 PM WIB as usual. Check-in time for almost all hotels is now 2:00 PM WIB, so we have to wait. The lobby is very spacious. The relaxing area has lots of chairs. It's cool, just sit and enjoy the classic atmosphere. At 2:00 PM, I checked in smoothly. I informed them of my name and had already printed my booking data. Then I chose the deposit, either using cash of 100,000 Rupiah or a deposit using my ID card/driver's license. I got a room on the 9th floor. Just take the elevator and it's done. The hotel atmosphere is clean and very comfortable. There are lots of places to eat in front of the hotel, in front of the South Gate or the Embong Gate on the left. There are lots of them. It's a short walk, it's cheap and cheerful. To Tunjungan Plaza, you can walk close and safe. It's really fun. I'm very satisfied with the cheap hotel. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, the price is under 400. That's already on par with rooms at Swissbell and JW. This is the online version, only this property no longer has breakfast.

Great interior concept but the carpet was dusty and unclean. Toiletries and ammenities could have been better because with range prices like that, I expected more from the hotel. There is no AC in the hotel's lobby and the TV is useless. No signal to every channels and again, with that expensive price, I expected more channels and it could have been a smart TV instead of an old one. Wifi access was bad too, the signal was on and off. And again, with price like that, why did they still charge me with parking ticket? Overall my experience wasn't too pleasant except I enjoyed the bed and the semi gothic interior theme. I won't recommend this hotel ngl. There are so many better hotel options with better price and services.

2X kicked out of the lobby because: 1. Taking pictures in the lobby. 2. Waiting for Grab pickup in the lobby. If taking pictures/waiting in the lobby is not allowed, why wasn't there a sign/sign? Being kicked out once for something unknown is already unpleasant, let alone twice. The facilities in the room are like a 3-star hotel, no sandals, no hairdryer, only toothbrush + toothpaste, and liquid soap hanging on the wall.

Sanitary is not available in the room and must be requested first, from the beginning the service was not good, the TV initially did not work but then a technician came and it worked, the hot water was not on and was not informed at check-in, the service was slow, asked for a trolley at check-out and waited for more than 30 minutes but it still did not come and in the end I brought my own stuff downstairs without any maid to help.

Bad smell in the corridor due to poor AC, dusty everywhere, found old towels, soap bottles I can't use, TV not having channels showing error and feel uncomfortable. Price is too expensive.

The building is old, lots of sofas are torn, the AC is not cold at all, no drinking water is provided. It seems like it was only developed for wedding ballroom rentals.
