A hotel with an in-room kitchenette and a minimalist concept. I even proposed to the office to extend my stay for two days because it was so comfortable and I didn't want to move hotels. The location is quite strategic, close to BCS and both fancy and affordable dining options. The service is also top-tier. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, although sometimes at night there's a bit of noise from the neighboring building. But overall, with a competitive price, this hotel offers simplicity and comfort in a strategic location, yet still amidst the hustle and bustle of the city center. The service is excellent. The staff are friendly. It's no wonder it's a favorite among Singaporean travelers when they visit Batam. For those planning a few days in Batam, whether for work or a city vacation, Manuka by Havis could be the best alternative for a place to stay with excellent service that won't break the bank.
By the way, there's no breakfast here, but we were given a 10% dining voucher at several nearby restaurants.
