This is a self-check-in accommodation. Go check your email for instructions. It's best to contact the hotel regarding check-in details before you arrive to expedite the process. The room I booked was quite spacious, perfect for a family vacation. It's close to many 24-hour food stalls and convenience stores. You'll need a Grab app to get to Awana Skyway or the Premium Outlets.

The room was quite spacious, but the water heater wouldn't work, and the roof tiles were cold. Poor kids. I've contacted the owner, but there's been no response. The place wasn't very clean either. There was a package of dog food in the kitchen cupboard, and a used towel was also found in the bedroom cupboard.

We ordered 2 rooms but 1 room was broken, dirty, not maintained, basically it was dirty.

Room facilities and comfort are given more attention.

Nice room, enough for a family of 5 to 6 people, 😀, comfortable, and clean.

February is foggy..so it's quite cool. comfortable to stay longer.

THIS'S THE PLEASANT PLACE. 2-storey room. complete with washing machine, refrigerator, electric stove, cutlery, cooking utensils, sofa, dining table, detergent, salt, sugar, everything is there. the apartment is in a mall next to Starbucks. the downside is the food in the food court doesn't suit my taste.

Sink and toilet have very strong smell and didn't have hair dryer…

The location is easy to reach, close to the food court, close to shopping places, close to the mall. Really like the spacious room, can go with the family, there is a hot water swimming pool, gym, sauna. very satisfied. if I go to Genting, I will definitely stay here again. the price is very friendly.

Good location, places to eat. Many, not difficult if you want to buy food and other necessities.
