Room was spotless apon arrival. Anything i used in the mini bar was replaced that same day. Room was up kept constantly. Great and helpful staff aswell!

Room was spotless, staff were great, we loved the spa, and of course, the restaurant was wonderful!

The room was far too close to the tram line. Right next to it so very early morning and late in the evening this will wake you up. It’s not just the sounds it’s the vibrations aswell.

The room was very clean with excellent amenities. The espresso machine in the room making outstanding coffee is a nice touch. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. Everything looks clean and polished. The bathroom looks spectacular; the lighting is variable and cool looking. One very peculiar thing I noticed: The hotel seems to be located on top of the subway. Periodically one can hear the trains underfoot. I thought I wouldn't be able to sleep, but perhaps the trains don't run at night. It was quiet and I slept very well. Parking was possible right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. The only thing I didn't like was dinner--the vegetarian option in the hotel restaurant. It was marinated eggplant on top of greasy polenta and some barely cooked brussels sprouts. I suggest you eat somewhere else. The old town is within walking distance, approximately 10-15 minutes.

The room was spotless, on the quiet side of the building, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would suggest requesting quiet room if sensitive to noise. Room 110 is very noisy because of service elevator and trams. Hotel is so beautifully designed. Bartek the restaurant waiter is exceptional . Food is delicious with incredible presentation. Breakfast is quite good.

Exceptional property, newly refurbished. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with great bed. Nice amenities, fast wifi. Great location. We will be back. One small downside - we had to give our keys to the concierge to park the car, and the on-board computer was reset (presumably by mistake) by the staff. They didn’t tell us or apologize.
