The property is very nice clean and in a good location however a mini fridge will be a plus if add to the room, other than that I will recommend this hotel

Room is clean but small

The hotel’s pretty close to the metro station, about 8 minutes by walking. The station’s convenient and accessible to other places, especially at the central. They don’t have laundry services but they’re kind to introduce their local laundry services outside of the hotel!

Nice and clean

Convenient location, staff were helpful. Rooms were clean and facilities excellent. Cannot fault.

The hotel Ibis in Łódź is an excellent hotel. From the greeting at the desk to the cleaning staff, all were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, quiet, roomy and comfortable. Close to a Galeria and the decorated main street, all being so convenient and within walking distance.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange an airport transfer and recommended a restaurant very close by for dinner when the hotel restaurant was closed for a private event.

Pleasent stay. In easy distance to walk to christmas markets, shops and attractions.

The room was very small, but that's not a problem for me. Though it should be a little cheaper being that it's small.

The hotel has a unique mission in combining a top class service with a genuine and well developed altruism. Sensitive to both the needs of refugees and asylum seekers ( who form most of the staff) and environmental issues ( through up-cycling, recycling and eco mindedness). It is truly a delightful place to stay.

Very good

A lovely hotel in a good location, a nice walk from most of Vienna's main attractions. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The staff is friendly and attentive.

It was a clean and friendly hotel, a bit of a hike to the main area, about 15 minutes. Trouble with consistent wifi and air conditioning.

We are a family with a small baby visiting Vienna for the first time. Everything was walkable distance from the landmarks. We walked 15 min to the Belvedere, 20 min to Hofburg and took the train close by to Schonbrunn. The area was safe for us and there was a local Austrian restaurant where we were going for supper. The hotel had a bar where we could get some drinks and desserts. The staff was very nice and we liked the idea of sustainability and community. The hotel vibe is nice and we had enough space in the lift and room for the buggy. They put as well at disposal a free cot with cute linens for our little one. What prevented us from putting great star was the cleanness of the room. We asked for them to pass the vacuum but noticed that it wasn’t done. Worst, the day before our departure, no one came to clean the room, like taking out the litter and we had a lot of nappies waiting in the tiny bin to be disposed. Considering that we have a little one that is creeping a lot, we were not very happy

Pretty nice but meal times were just a litle confusing.

Hotel was very clean and a wonderful modern place to stay in. We decided to walk to all of our activities and it wasn’t that bad

Superb hotel! The concept is unique. Location great away from noise and crowd and yet close to everything.

Lovely boutique hotel, reasonably priced bar with beer garden. 15 minute walk past Stadt park into the city centre. Xx
