There was bugs and mold and when I say bugs I mean cockroaches and ants everywhere!

Cute little cabin very affordable. Good location. Has all you need but a hairdryer.

Was not clean , cobweb's,door were dirty like builder up dirt.finger marks .

Room was clean and comfortable. I checked in at 11:40 pm. Was a hassle. Had to ring camera bell and wake clerk up to get my room key.

The cabin was old and worn. There were dancing in the walls and it was very tiny.

The lady who runs the place is a sweet heart and cares about the place she has made there. Thank you Ma'am!

Cozy spot !

Upon our arrival, we encountered a sign on the door stating the property was closed from 9 AM to 3 PM. This was confusing, as the posted check-in time is 2 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. The sign instructed guests to use the phone provided, which automatically connected to someone off-site. A woman answered and informed us they were understaffed but that someone would arrive in approximately 10 minutes. When a staff member eventually arrived, he unlocked the door but did not change the sign to indicate the property was open. While my family and I waited in our car, he simply waved us in without any clear communication. We were then given the wrong room, which was in unacceptable condition. The room had a strong odor of mold and stale air, and it was evidently not cleaned—blankets appeared used, had burn holes, and smelled of cigarette smoke. We took photographs to document the condition. The staff member called someone to check for another available room, and we were then directed to a different property across the street called the Classic Inn. However, after inspecting that room, we felt that the overall experience had already been too negative to justify staying. We ultimately chose to stay at the Ramada down the road, which was significantly cleaner, more comfortable, and only slightly more expensive.

Terrible spot people only get there because it’s psycho old Orchard but you get what you pay for blood on the walls. The rooms are disgusting. It’s a lot of House people who are residing there or addicts who lack adequate housing.

Very quaint and cozy

The staff was nice, the road noise wasn’t too bad. The place could really use some updates. My boyfriend called it “the landlord special”. The ceiling paint was flaking, mold in the shower, dust bunnies on the floor, holes in the curtains. If you want to open the darkening curtains there are no sheer curtains to create privacy, so anyone can just see straight in. Mattress was very firm. We were both a bit sore in the morning from it. I recently stayed at a hotel in Portland for the same price and it was 10x nicer and had a kitchen. If you don’t care about this stuff and just need a safe place to stay, then this is fine, but I won’t be staying here again.

It was ok for the local and price however,the rooms are outdated. Renovations are badly needed, which they are supposed to be starting next week. The staff are not very helpful nor are the very flexible for mishaps due to third party bookings. Very strict regarding the 10 am check out time.

Liked that there were stores easily accessible and that your not very far from Old Orchard Beach

Reasonably priced for the area and accommodations. Clean, convenient and quiet. Enjoyed staying here and will do so again 😊

I liked that each room was it’s own little “tiny house.” It was very quiet and felt like a safe area. Lots of food options near by. The room could have used some cosmetic updates and the shower was tiny, but overall a good place to sleep.

This room was prepaid for online because I knew I was not going to be there at check in. It was handled well!!
