Let's start with the good - the location is amazing and they have a smart tv which was nice. The rest of the room is just a bare bones room with no extras. 3 plastic cups in the bathroom and a couple bars of soap and that's it. One of the beds in the triple room had a very loud squeak anytime the person moved. The other two beds were quiet and pretty comfortable. They provide virtual keys for the doors after you have checked in online. We did this and received a note that we would receive an email 24 hours before arrival time with our virtual key info. This email did not arrive. However, if you go back into the online check-in link, your virtual key section will be there. Our check in time was 3pm and we received the email with all the check-in information after 4pm. Luckily, we arrived when staff was still onsite so it all worked out. He was very friendly and had lots of helpful information. Pretty expensive room for having no amenities but it was nice to have a little more space than 3 beds in a row in other hotel rooms.

Clean room, great location, took a while to check in because nobody answered the door when we arrived in the early afternoon. I recommend emailing them of your approximate arrival time so they can be ready to receive you! Other than that, it was a great stay, thank you!

Fantastic stay at Som Nit Port Vell. Had a family (quad) room overlooking the marina. Check in was simple and efficient, all as described and expected. The hotel is on the first floor, room air conditioned and very quiet. The room was spotless and cleaned with towels replaced daily. Easy to use safe available to store passports etc. The staff were so helpful, kind and polite! Location 5* - cafe below (separate business) serves an amazing cafe con leche and fresh orange juice early morning, and food throughout the day. 10 mins walk to beach, 10 to the centre of the gothic quarter, 10 to Columbus monument end of las ramblas. Would absolutely recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

El sitio es muy centrico cerca de todo, si es solo para dormir esta ok. No esperes mucho es solo un hotel pequeno .

Short stay in Barcelona, the main criteria for our stay was location and this hotel was perfect for us, near to the beach and Barcelonetta area.

The good Is a great location. Staff is very nice. Room was ready early. There is party around but only until like midnight, however inside of the property is peaceful. The not so great but not really a deal breaker Sink was a bit loose and drain was slow kind of clogged maybe? Looked very clean but after removing my socks noticed the floor was not clean at all. The AC is not individual. We had to turn it off because at night they would turn on the heat. For 50degrees fahrenheit You don’t really need the heat. Beds are harrrrrrd! Harrrrrd. But for a short trip is great.

Near everything. Great staff. Wish the coffee was stocked better. Cream would have been nice, but coffee near by.

Super close to amazing bars and restaurants. Can be a little noisy weekends in the evening as you’re right above all those bars, and they party late in Barcelona.

The late self check-in was great, the only point was that the room was hot with all 4 of us in it and we could not have the AC turn on as it was the winter and the whole hotel was on heat mode.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location! The place was clean, filled with sunshine, and perfect for my family of 4.

Being our first time to vaca in Europe, we were taken aback by a few things: hotel difficult to find due to being tucked in big building, no elevator (luggage got heavy after 1st flight of stairs), and the room was much smaller than the website image led me to believe. Now with that being said, the staff was kind, helpful and very patient with our lack of knowledge. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a restaurant under the hotel, which was a concern for noise, but we never heard anything from the establishment. All in all, I would definitely stay here again!

Great location!!

This was a great stop over to see Barcelona from. We walked around and used a few taxis. There’s a one park car park which is cheaper if you book in advance, the car was opened some how but i had packed it so well in very tight parking spaces (& we had all our important stuff with us) that they only managed to get at 1 bag & only took a couple of minor items, but park with care, leave your car safe. The sunrises off the beach, about a 10 minute walk away. The large family room was perfect for us and our two teenagers. We’d definitely stay again. The terrible rating for eco friendly is mainly due to room service coming in when we were out, new sheets and new towels after just the first night. It was a very nice little surprise but not eco friendly.
