After reading the reviews i was expecting much worse. Room was clean as was the rest of the accommodation. The place definitely had seen better days but as a place to stay it was adequate. Cheerful if not overly cheep. However check in was difficult. I never received any check-in details and had to phone over a bad telephone line. Also it wasn't clear where the key safe was. I was expecting them to be inside the apartment given the door code was given but they are actually outside. Everything else was fine, although to be honest I think they are far nicer places in town at about the same price

No air conditioner (brooken one), no alternative heating and no warm covers

It is the worst, dirtiest property i’ve ever been in my whole entire life. The room floor is filthy and the kitchen if also filthy. We had to put our towels on the bed for us to sleep on and were not able to sleep because of the noise( the property is on the main road) and because of the dirtiness. We checked in at 9:00 PM and checked out at 1:00 AM of the same day. Add to this It was not clear that the property is a house with one toilet and 4 rooms. We had so much trouble to open the house door and to be surprised by people sitting on the couch. The AC was not working and the room had 2 fans, so it was clear that the AC is not working and they are trying to give us a fan for us to use for the night. Do not recommend at all!

Don’t stay there or you will regret it, it’s not what it looks like on the website

This wasn't clear to me but this is a small apartment with 4 bedrooms, each of which is rented separately. There is only one bathroom with a shower, the other is just a toilet with a sink. My stay was a nightmare. Easyjet cancelled my original flight and before re-booking I checked with City Comfort Rooms that I could get the same room for an extra 2 nights. They said that would be fine but when I made my booking they put me in another room. After a few messages they said that I'd be in room 1 for my whole stay. The email regarding getting in could be clearer. It's not clear that you have to find apartment 22 and then the room in apartment 22. I was booked from the 18th to the 27th. When I came back to the apartment on the 24th, there was a couple having the same issues as me finding the apartment and room 1! City Comfort had booked someone into the room I was supposed to be in till the 27th! Lucky for me they hadn't worked out how to get into the apartment, so I went in. When I got into the room the cleaners had been and things that had been left out were gone - some clothes, my beach shoes, my toiletries, my electric razor, my tablet and 2 chargers. Luckily they hadn't looked in the drawers so most of my clothes were still there. I eventually got my razor, toiletries, tablet and chargers back (the next day) but the other things had been thrown away. I'm still waiting for them to get back to me about compensation. Not a good stay and I wouldn't recommend them.

Good value for money , however there was no conact details for the property and the number provided didnt work. Very hard place to find and could do with a pest control visit for the cockroaches

Full o cockroaches in the kitchen, in the fridge, kitchen cabinets and some in the room. We have addressed that to the cleaner and the management, but they did nothing.

Very worn down and noisy as you can hear every time any leaves a room, go to the toilet. The apartment was clean but the building and Stairway were very dirty.

Der Weg zur Unterkunft per GPS führt nicht zum Quartier. Es war schwierig zu finden: Auch mit der konkreten Adresse war es nicht leichter. Die Unterkunft an sich ist ordentlich und sauber. Aussattung ist gut.
