Convenience and the staff was superb! Will stay again.

Main restaurant is not open Monday-Wednesday which limits you to a Bar & Grill by the Pool. Also, this is a 100% Timeshare and is not technically a Hotel.

Great property

Beautiful property with expansive grounds. The pool and beach area are beautiful, but we were very disappointed that guests were permitted to personal music systems very loudly at both locations. For a resort of this cost and caliber, we expected a more upscale experience. Also, the food at the restaurants was disappointing, even for a hotel, and lemongrass was terrible. Also, the hotel made no mention of the villa rooms being across the street, up an enormous hill and only accessible via golf cart thereby completely separating you from the amenities of the resort. The Westin has a monopoly on St John and could do better to elevate the experience of staying there.

Beautiful resort with spacious rooms and a special care for the guests. Water taxi, shuttles and golf cats righ on site. We're considering this resort to comeback again.

Perfect for a relaxing vacation. The beach and pool are amazing!

Staff in the kitchen wasn’t friendly. However, the lady from Dominica in the Mango Cafe was fantastic. The staff in the main grill didn’t have a care in the world. I felt extremely uncomfortable.

Beech and restaurants Huge hill to get to condo, was supposed to have a different condo but this was an 'Upgrade'

Great staff, east to get around with the golf carts. Wish the second restaurant was open all week. helpful staff.

We stayed in one of the newly remodeled units which were very nice! The other units that haven’t been completed yet are very worn.

We stayed at The Westin St John for our first leg of our honeymoon. The resort was beautiful, the rooms, property and staff were great! Location is perfect, they offer taxi service into Cruz Bay where there are tons of shops, bars, and places to eat. Very easy, safe and convenient!
