I would have gave 5 stars on everything. However the first night when we stay, there was a very loud noise coming out of the air conditioner in the room. And later it just did not work. They were sold out so we were unable to change to another room. The staffs were very friendly and helpful in finding us a fan, however, it was a very warm uncomfortable night. They fixed the air conditioner the next day and out second day was very nice and comfortable.

Friendly staff. Clean all around. Breakfast was good. Room was quiet. Plenty of parking.

overall fine, $50 is a little steep for a pet fee and the carpet was absolutely filthy coming out of the elevator on the 2nd floor

This Tru by Hilton on the Vestal Parkway is clean & comfortable, but the best thing about it is the staff. They were excellent! So nice, friendly, and helpful. They went above & beyond to accommodate requests.

The place was kind of dirty. The room was not clean. They never came and brought us clean towels or made the beds. They said they only did that every other day and we were there four days and they never came and had to go down and get towels and trash bags to put our garbage out. I will for a Hilton I would grade it a zero it was that bad and they had people drinking outside bottles of liquor right in front of the door as you walked in, and I asked them to clean our room every day and they never did For the money we paid I could’ve stayed in my car

I was pleased with the price point for our stay. The open area on the main floor was welcoming, comfortable, and provided free snacks, coffee & tea, and even a pool table! Our room wasn't too small at all. It was quiet, and the decor was lively and minimalist--cheerful and appropriate. My only complaint is that the door to the room is especially heavy to open and close, which was a minor but significant drawback as we came and went, especially while toting luggage and such.
