It looks like the double bed is smaller than expected. It has very limited space for two people 🤧

Location: Strategic, in the middle of the city, lots of places to eat outside. Room: Standard cleanliness. Bathroom amenities are very minimal, only provided toothbrush, bath towel and mat. Even I asked for a hand towel and was told there was none. Must really keep the sink dry. Those bringing small children should be prepared for the sink to be soaked. Restaurant: Standard food. Dining tables are empty, no placemats, cutlery, salt and pepper and anything else. Everything is taken at the buffet table. Ballroom: There are 2 pillars in the middle of the ballroom, quite obstructing the view of the stage.

The hotel atmosphere is comfortable and the location is in the city center of Simpang Lima

The staff were great. Location was perfect and the room was spacious. Only it wasn’t really soundproof, because at 4:30 in the morning the girls next door were laughing and screaming and I could hear it clearly from my room, so I couldn’t go back to sleep.

I got a dusty room (quite annoying, though) because the room next door was under renovation (presumably because the room I was staying in had a connecting door, allowing dust to enter through the gap). Other than that, it was comfortable...

The hotel is clean, but the city-view rooms facing the main road are noisy due to traffic noise, especially at night. The large pillar in room 538 is particularly disturbing.

Going home with my family to Semarang for two nights, so far so good. Access to Simpang Lima is just a short walk away, so it's really fun.

It was a wonderful trip with a great hotel

My second stay here. The hotel is clean and, most importantly, the location is strategic. Just a short walk to the Simpang Lima culinary scene. However, yesterday, it was a bit of a shame. The hotel phone was incredibly difficult to reach, both from outside and from the room. The reception was never answered. However, when I went downstairs to the reception, it was quiet, meaning the staff wasn't busy.

The ambiance is good, the room comfort is okay, just a little suggestion for the lights so that there is not one switch for several lights, especially the bed lamp so that it is alone, not turned on at the same time as the skylight so that it can be turned off without total darkness.

Best location, good parking area, excellent service, staff friendliness

The hotel's location is excellent, close to malls and the city's bustling hub. There's an Indomaret nearby, making it easy to grab something. The room service dinner was delicious, and breakfast was also excellent.

The location is okay, the staff is okay, the cleanliness is okay, the parking area is okay, but when it comes to the room.... nope... there's a pillar in the middle of the room, compared to other hotels around with relatively the same price, I prefer others. Oh yeah, there's no elevator from the parking area to the lobby, even though it's only up one level. Hopefully this helps other travelers 🙂

The place is nice and comfy, also the staff are so welcoming.
