The owner is very friendly, the environment is comfortable (like going home to the family's house) the rooms provided are okay, very cool, sleeping with the family is also very sound. In the morning we can see horses released in the park, all the horses are well-groomed.

SOOOOO HOMEY! I'm so happy to be able to stay here for little Hanimun and my husband, the owner lives with the villa so it's great if you want anything you can just contact via WA. The sister is very kind and friendly, the atmosphere is beautiful, calm, green, aaaah I really love it! Got breakfast too! Will come back again if I go to Jogja, so recommended~~

Morning breakfast was good rooms were clean but the bathroom needs more cleanliness . overall it was a good stay

The owner is friendly, the room is clean, the AC was turned on before we arrived. But the bathroom water is very small. The atmosphere is calm, not noisy. But if you want GoFood food is a bit far away. The cooking utensils in the pantry seem to need to be considered for cleanliness.

complete service with kitchen, for breakfast try to increase the menu choices, for the staff because this is a Villa concept, try to have staff in front of the gate, so guests don't bother getting in and out of vehicles just to enter the Villa area, there is a Bell but I don't know if it works or not, because there is no response, so you have to open it yourself, indeed from the beginning it was informed that the gate is always closed because there are livestock. the bathroom is too open. it would be nice if the bathroom area was covered again with 1-way glass. the front yard try to be cleaned again for animal waste. friendly for small children because there are several horses and sheep, which we can see directly for education. overall everything is safe and comfortable. only a little dust in the kitchen area especially in the decorations. 1 more for the bathtub, can't be used for soaking.

I really enjoyed a wonderful and peaceful weekend here. Even though the place is only 15 min away from the city center of Yogyakarta you can enjoy nature and tranquility with family or just on your own. I can highly recommend it.

G ada perlengkapan mandi, bathtub usang, shower jet toilet juga rusak, kebersihan halaman/taman rumah.

Tempatnya nyaman bikin betah, sejuk hijau dan bisa liat kuda juga cuma tempat parkirnya belum ada atapnya heheh.

I swear I really like it, it's really comfortable here, I don't feel like moving around. Can't wait to try the new room type and try the swimming pool
