The overall hotel is nice, but on the day I wanted to check in, they were still not finished making up the room. In total, I needed to wait for 1 hour and the receptionist gave me another room. Maybe it just happened to me at that time, the hotel is very good actually, has a nice staff, very helpful, friendly. If you ask me if I still want to go there? Yes, of course, I'll repeat in the future!

It was a comfy stay here with friendly staff and good room ambiance. The hotel feels new and clean, and it successfully made it feel like an 'out of city' resort with vacation vibe.

staff were friendly. i call earlier to get early check in or maybe on time check in, cause had event to attend..arrive 2pm and can check in on the spot😍happy me.. definitely will repeat to stay here♥️

Staff friendly, food was amazing but need to queue 30 minutes to get a table due to many guests that day. Pool was amazing too. Kids love it.

The hotel ambience was really good. My kids really love the pool & slide. The food is variety. I really enjoyed my roti canai & teh tarik so much! Definitely will come back!:)

Clean and beautiful hotel. Large swimming pool. Delicious dinner buffet. Good facilities.

There were two families, parents and kids created noise along the corridor. Kids running and shouting. While the adults talked very loud.

Kids friendly hotel. Large swimming pool, there is a kids club, just limited chairs to sit by the pool. Breakfast is ok and delicious, kids above 5y. Ok to pay. Comfortable room.

Responded to all my requests, early check-in at near 2 pm & late check-out at 1 pm. Friendly & helpful hotel staffs. Facilities & Amenities were great too! Not much guests during our stay time hence we can enjoy the swimming pool by ourselves. However, some of the swimming pool tiles have cracked so need to be careful, my husband was injured by the pool tiles accidentally. The only downside was the buffet breakfast, not much varieties & taste was also so-so compared to my previous visit on the weekend. Overall we enjoyed our time here, it was really worth it if the room is on promotion!

Luxurious, perfect for any celebration/staycation. Everything was wonderful

I accidentally booked twin room so upon checking, I asked if a king room is available - the receptionist was kind enough to arrange it for me and my two little girls. M resort was wonderful as always, we had a great time there, as always too!

It is a very nice stay..i love everything here. Hope that i will come here again in the future. Please include breakfast package if u wanna stay here..it is worth it❤️ kindly try the hot chocolate too..😘

bf there are many choices & delicious.. I'm a bit disappointed, there are items left over but the hotel doesn't have a col to tell me.. I went out for 2 days only to notice the clothes left.. the hotel called & told the housekeeping department to check & ckp there was no left over.. The husband's shirt that he still wears, I want to check it in, so it's very strange that the hotel doesn't have the shirt and my husband remembers that it's stuck in the closet

I really love the staff how their greeting us. And from receptionist until I check in to my room, all staff always give a smile, helpful, and very friendly. I will recommend this to all my friend, and of course will come back!

Everything perfect and enjoyable.

A top notch resort. Lucky for us to get early check in to fully utilised their facilities. Breakfast was awesome with Japanese option! Had wonderful time there with our 1 year old baby for his belated birthday celebration.

Suitable for family … because of too many kids around … I didn't quite enjoy my stay as the pool was too crowded. Yes I checked in on Sat. So it 's expected to be crowded.

No staff welcome or open the entrance door upon arrival. My hands were full, nobody open the door or greet. The door was very heavy to push open. Checked into the room to only found out water pressure was very low during shower (stay during water disruption in Selangor). Checked into this hotel when they mentioned they were not affected. Went through multiple calls, wait, engineer came to check, and room change (about an hour for all these & it was quite late already). Where I've to pack again for a room change. Finally came to check out day (Day 3), only see more staff in the morning session to greet, to open the door at the lobby. So my guess is there 's lesser staff on duty in the evening. Take note carpark is an open space, so do bring an umbrella with you.
