Bad experience, sprei kotor, air hangat tidak bisa digunakan, AC kurang dingin, banyak barang penginap sebelumnya belum dibersihkan, kamar mandi kurang bersih, ruangan agak bau. Dan yang paling buruk, ruangan tidak sesuai gambar. Gak lagi deh, kapok.

The room doesn't match the photo, the sheets smell of wasp oil. Spr pillowcases are not replaced, the room also smells sour. My husband and I really couldn't sleep because it wasn't comfortable, the mattress was cramped. And lots of mosquitoes. Sorry to say I won't be back again, just this one time.

Awal dateng nunggu 30 menit lebih, ok lah masih ga apa-apa. Terus kasih kuncinya ga ketemu siapa-siapa, cuma ke loker dipandu pake chat. Ok lah masih ga apa-apa. Eh terus pas masuk kamar, unit beda jauh sama yang di foto. Katanya tergantung unit yang tersedia. Ok lah ga apa-apa. Terus pas masuk ternyata masih ada botol bekas, puntung rokok dimana-mana, sampe ada botol sisa abu rokok. Tembok bekas cipratan air. Yang paling epik itu meja baru ditaruh laptop (even bukan laptop game yang tebel) tiba-tiba ambruk. Itu HP dan laptop ikut jatuh. Berdoa aja ga ada yang rusak. Oiya, kasurnya sakit, pernya kerasa banget. Pokoknya jauh dari kata enak. Sekian ya review, kapok di sini.

It's been 2 times, I'm really happy to get a nice room with hot water for a full bath again. Ma'am early friendly 😍 not complicated. I will definitely come back 😍.

The unit is clean, smells good, has access to gym and swimming pool facilities. There is an electric stove cutlery satisfied. Only minus the soap when I visited.

Nice clean room, free smoking too because my husband and I are smokers 😂 so feel at home near the mall, next visit to Cibubur, definitely stay here. Ma'am early is also friendly 😍.

Penipuan! Kamar tidak sesuai dengan foto yang ditampilkan di aplikasi. Admin tidak merespon sama sekali. Dicuekin. Tidak ada wifi di kamar. Sangat mengecewakan! Tidak recommended. Tolong agen online tindaklanjuti hal ini!

Very bad service. Room tidak sesuai di gambar. Booked 2 malam di kasih room banyak fasilitas yang ga ada, minta changes room dibilang kemaren sudah dikasih pilihan padahal hari pertama check in dikasih room 3603 bagus room & fasilitas room lengkap eh tiba-tiba disuruh pindah ke 1206 dengan alasan salah kamar, ternyata room 1206 fasilitas di dalamnya ga selengkap di 3603. Sungguh kecewa dengan tim marketingnya. Tidak bisa nonton tv, hanya bisa youtube, air galon tidak ada, tidak ada gas untuk masak, tidak ada setrikaan seperti 3603.

Confirmed again for the choice of units available before, we provide option 2 room choices, you can even see the two units before staying for 2 days. And you have agreed to the room chosen because in A1206 the bed is bigger than A3603. For facilities, we have provided the best in the unit that you choose, an electric stove is also available, a hot water kettle is available, cutlery is available, even if you ask for additional mineral water, we will provide it for free, cable tv, wifi, YouTube is also available beyond what you asked for like netflix, it's also available, even our officers help turn it on. For the iron that you asked for, we don't provide it in the description nor is it listed because the completeness of each unit is different. With the price listed, it is really worth to stay with this complete facility. Thank you
