Arrived at almost mid night, there was no reception. I had to call and turned out one reception worked for 3 properties. He had to ride his bike from elsewhere to check me in. Hotel is in an dirty alley, the main road is full of rubbish too. Room is spacious but basic. Linen was not great. My room was on the first floor and next to the restaurant. It could be noisy. I won't stay here again.

Great stay, check-in was later than 2 pm, but it's fine as they let me check out a little bit.

I stayed 2 nights here, the place is so clean and homey, and the receptionist is so kind. Place near to the district 1, stay here give me more relax because the environment is quiet and comfy. I definitely will stay in here again if I visit Ho Chi Minh.

I have a note for early check-in, if not possible, the staff should notify the guest in advance to avoid affecting my schedule and the following guests.

The accommodation is great, the room is clean and tidy, fully equipped with kitchen, microwave, electric kettle and cooking utensils (the guests prepare their own spices). The bathroom is clean. The surrounding space has many trees, so it feels like being in harmony with nature and the staff is extremely enthusiastic and cheerful. Beautiful location, near convenience stores, cinemas...etc. Convenient to go to the city center. Will come back when I have the chance.

The room is clean and fragrant. I have been to many M branches and really like them. Many branches have poor soundproofing :( so it's a bit noisy

The room is beautiful and spacious beyond expectations. Located in a very secure campus with swipe card access, you don't have to worry about coming home late. The housekeeper is extremely friendly & enthusiastic. Surrounded by many restaurants and convenience stores (B'smart, Vinmart). If I come back I will definitely stay here again

I really enjoyed my stay in MVillage, good service, staff is very helpful, room was very comfortable.

The room is so beautiful, it was clean, smelt nice when we first came in and have helpful utilities such as hair dryer and iron. You get small kitchen as said in room features, the room is quite spacious for 2 people. You can also do laundry for free they even have dryer too. The receptionist was very helpful, one night we found cockroach, they quickly help sprayed and move the bug outside. Would love to comeback and stay here again if I ever come back to Ho Chi Minh.

2Nd time trip and I'm back again at m village Ly Chinh Thang. The personal service to maintain me as the guest-even before I booked the room-was remarkable because I can directly confirmed on the room number wish-list and put it on my booking receipt as ‘ special note’. The internet fast-speed always helped me with the workloads VS my limited daily internet quota. The hospitality feels like I'm staying at my relative 's home. The cleanliness was spotless too. And 4P 's pizza has always been my savior for light meal. All of my colleagues had been part of keeping my promise to promote and recommend m village Ly Chinh Thang as their place to stay, since it 's only a walking distance to the branch office. With the best Pho restaurant just across the street and 24-hour Family Mart nearby too … what more can I ask for this perfection place to stay? Keep maintaining the service. Minus points: no TV, ceiling lights shine directly on eyes when lying in bed. Plus points: clean, airy, comfortable. Right at the dining area, near Tan Dinh market, convenient to travel to the center.

I had the most pleasant time staying here during my first time visiting Ho Chi Minh City for 5-night business trip based on my friend 's recommendation. Besides the privilege for the walking distance to my office building; As a serviced-apartment, m village Ly Chinh Thang 's strategic location on district 3 is literally surrounded by delicious local food restaurants. Also there 's a small coffee shop just in front of m village that opens from 8 am. Although there 's no elevator here and the room will only be clean up every 2 days, it felt like going home every time I return from work with the spacious-clean room, fully-equipped with microwave-electricity stove-water heater-kitchen set-large fridge. And above all, the fast-speed internet made my work easier to be done. Friendly and helpful butlers that already gave us WhatsApp text within the same day I booked has made me more secured as a first-time foreigner visiting Vietnam. Will definitely recommend to others and come back here in the future. Thank you for the family-like hospitality, m village!

Convenient location, easy to find. There are many restaurants around, right next to the gate is a super cute cafe. The space is airy, the room is beautiful and super clean, the staff is extremely cute. Reasonable price, deserves a 10 😊
