Lovely hostess. Rent 1 bed and get 2 beds, early check-in and late checkout with no extra charge. Great!

Must say the price is super reasonable, the room is clean, the staff is cute. Especially the central location right in the western neighborhood, bustling and crowded. I am super satisfied. Oh, the shower is a bit faulty, otherwise it is ok.

The hotel is near the center, near the walking street so it is very convenient.

Extremely poor soundproofing, surrounding noises echo into the room, the location is in the center, however, it is on the walking street, vehicles are prohibited on weekend evenings, if you intend to rent a motorbike to go around the city, you should consider. And the hotel also does not inform guests about this before booking. The elevator is quite dangerous, the danger sensor is poor, be extremely careful if traveling with children.

Our lovely staff ordered food from outside but the restaurant did not provide eating utensils. The staff proactively lent us a bowl, spoon and chopsticks.

The staff is very friendly and enthusiastic. The location is right in the center of the Western Quarter, surrounded by many shops and restaurants.

The room is ok but there is a frying pan and the bathroom smells like sticky rice. The staff is quite nice but when talking about the smelly room, they don't answer. I don't know if they can't hear or they deliberately don't hear.

Cool weather w crowd people everynight we stayed

The hotel is located in a large alley in the central area of Hue city, at night it is a very busy walking street. The alley is beautiful and cool. However, this area raises a lot of dogs, in the morning the dogs pooped a lot in the alley, so be careful when walking around. Regarding service attitude, the hotel owner and staff are very enthusiastic, allowing early check-in. However, the prices of services including buying tickets or laundry are still a bit high compared to other areas. I asked to buy a tour to see Hue royal court music at Trang Tien bridge, children are supposed to be free, but the hotel still charged the ticket as usual. The whole family of 6 people paid 120k/ticket, while after watching, when I asked the ticket seller, it was 150k/adult, and children were free. It is still expensive. The rooms are not as modern as some hotels in this price range in other cities like Da Nang. I asked them to do laundry for 40k/kg, but somehow they stained my husband's sweater, and I couldn't get it clean after washing it again. Overall, it was not a very pleasant experience!

Not very satisfied specifically: 1. The elevator is out of date for inspection, unsafe 2. The entrance is quite small so it is difficult for cars to enter 3. The room is not neat and clean.

I stayed here for 4 days. Took staff to school. Spacious room. Suitable for 4 people. Located in the Western quarter so it's very crowded at night, with many restaurants. Room suitable for people who don't stay at home much.
