Arrived to find the hotel had no record of my booking. They found me a room, which was tiny and had a shower that had terrible black mould. The pool view was more a view of the car park. They did move me to another room, they managed to find one with no mould (after looking at two other rooms first).

Staff was very kind to give the room for my daughter who arrived 6hours earlier than me. It was also good to have access to the Tram as well as the nearby place to see. I will go to this hotel again!

We stayed at the Ramada Plaza for one week. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The staff were all very pleasant, always ready to help. Not so sure about the breakfast though, they could do with adding in a few more dishes for breakfast, eg, baked beans waffles, porridge..there was way too much salad stuff you would think it was lunch time.The tea was too bitter. Other then that it was a good experience and I look forwatd to staying there again. Thankyou

i had a great time with my family, rooms are excellent, clean, sheets are good quality, receptionist staff are very friendly. The most touching was the restaurant, they have agreat team, everyone was very polite, the manager was very attentive to detail. Is impossible to forget my stayed in this hotel. All the best Leidy

good location, very nice room, great breakfast

It was very comfortable and the staff where very nice and helpful, they also helped us to book out taxi car to the airport with good price. Amazing hotel very clean and comfortable definitely will come back

The staff in the sauna could be more friendly and responsive to those who live in the hotel. Especially the person who enters sauna or change rooms after knocking without permission to enter.

Excellent hotel if you want to stay around the hustle and bustle of Istanbul.
