Our travel included 9 hotels in 15 days. Hotel Villa Romatic Spa is definitely our top rated place. It was clean, spacious, well-maintained and the staff support is incredible. We will definitely go there again. I appreciated all the amenities as quality lies in the details.

Bel hôtel, chambre propre et superbe petit-déjeuner (avec pain et crêpes sans gluten). Ma chambre donnait sur la cour intérieure, charmant mais les lumières externes s’allument à à chaque entrée et sortie ce qui trouble le sommeil. Autrement, c’était très bien.

Excellent stay. Clean hotel, very friendly staff. Well situated, close to Metro, grocery stores, and shops. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay. Staff was helpful and courteous. Charming courtyard and well-appointed rooms. Our room had 2 large windows that opened onto a street. The roof across the street was being replaced but it was still peaceful enough to sleep with the window open. There’s a thermostat in the room and we had complete control of our room’s temperature. Metro stop, boulangeries, restaurants, and even a grocery store are within a comfortable walking distance. The spa facilities are excellent and quiet and relaxing. You need to schedule your 45 min/per day appointment with the front desk. That was plenty of time, however, if there was no one scheduled after us, the staff welcomed us to stay longer. Lovely, romantic, quiet space to escape the streets and heat. We found the 13th less touristic and more of a local feel which appealed to us. We took the metro to more crowded spaces when we wanted. This hotel is a good choice.

Very enjoyable stay: stay is very welcoming, room was clean and spa greatly maintained!

Air conditioning did not even come close to working properly. heat wave in any other city would have had a good air system to cool down the occupants. This hotel did not and I could not sleep properly at all! also, saw a mouse in the lobby while I was on my phone. not good at all! staff was friendly and helpful, that was all good.

The room was wonderful and spacious! The sauna and pool time made it even better. Convenient location lots of restaurants near by and multiple metro stations.

Best orange juice in the world!

Everything was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was beautiful. It included a fridge, kettle and coffee machine. There were also complimentary bottles of water and a complimentary cocktail or mock tail. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The spa was very nice, the only criticism I have about the spa was in relation to the steamroom. I used it 3 times and only 1 of those times was there actually steam in it. Otherwise everything was amazing. Would recommend

We were given a room for 1 single adult. We where told the room was advertised incorrectly on Expedia. 3 nights we were stuck there due to it being Valentines day weekend and could not change rooms. In-addition, the spa was vold water and messages to address it were ignored. The staff was professional but the room above us was constantly banging on our ceiling. We were very disappointed with the neglect by the property to follow up to offer a resolution. Expedia offered $150 refund but never followed through either. We had to file a fraud dispute with financial institution to have it resolved. Both my wife and I are military members and we would not stay at this property again.
