Overall a good hotel and a great location. Bed was kind of uncomfortable and the air conditioner struggled even on cooler days. Would have been nice if the windows were able to open to catch a breeze.

Fantastic location, clean, the staff were very nice and helpful. The on site restaurant was very good, parking across the street at City Hall was easy as well. The only complaint I have is that room was in need of a renovation or some maintenance,

Wonderful location! No breakfast or a place to rest outside your room since the restaurant is under a different ownership. Loved our room but shortcoming was no shampoo and shower gel refilled during our 3 day stay. Also, parking is just 1 block away but just another cost of $20.US Per day

Finding the hotel at first was a bit confusing. I’ll save you the trouble. It’s located in the Savini restaurant above the restaurant! We actually loved that! Our room was very quiet and private, despite being located right in the heart of Old Quebec City. It felt like our own little VIP flat right there in the heart of it all and made it easy to run items back to the room throughout our trip. The staff was very helpful, other than giving directions. The coffee in the room happened to be my favorite flavor of Nespresso. And it was generally very quiet. Exceptionally clean! We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Hotel Sainte Anne

This is a very small hotel that shar es it's entrance with an Italian restaurant. As a result, there is no hotel lobby whatsoever, juat a small desk and elevator which leads to the 3 floors of rooms. Our room developed a ceiling leak in the bathroom which took into the next day to repair (they said it was the a/c condensor leaking). The single queen bed room was tight and although the shower was nice, it's entrance was narrow (and we're of average to slender build). The sink had an unusually long spout and with the small, bowl sink and protrudung glass shelf made it uncomfortable and messy to use/wash your face/hands. There was just a narrow sink surround that didn't allow much space for a toiletries bag. Overall, this hotel, which was fine as it is located along a row of restaurants, street vendors/musicians/perfor.ers and shops, as well as being across the road from the famous Frontenac hotel and stairs/Fornicular(cable elevator) to the lower town, it was located in a great location.

It was our favorite hotel in a trip across Canada. Parking in Old Quebec is very difficult but the front office really went above and beyond to help.

Great location. Room was cleaned daily. Staff at the front desk were helpful. Air conditioning was not keeping up. Seemed like poor airflow. The plastic grate at the top of the unit was broken. Needs maintenance. The shower head bracket was loose, was missing a screw which allowed it to rotate instead of holding the shower head straight. The windows appeared painted shut. Poor airflow in the room. The elevator broke down during checkout. Had to negotiate stairs from third floor with luggage. Overall there seems to be a lot of maintenance issues.
