Room was very wet because of bathroom without window and fan un effective. a The room was noisy because located in front of the elevator. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The swimming pool and its chairs were dirty. The location position and view was very good.

There was a lot of hair and cleanliness issues upon our arrival. Missing knives, Broken decor, a lot of things they should’ve removed or made the residents aware of. Short on towels, a lot of things they need to accommodate the guests.

Property was nice but the unit 1702b had a lot of issues for the price. Master didn’t have hot water, both showers were to slow to drain out the water while showering. Shower ceiling faucet did work in both bathrooms. Outlets on kitchen counters didn’t work. Had to use other room outlets for the kettle and microwave. Deep cleaning wasn’t done before we checked in. There were makeup smudges everywhere

This is a modern clean facility with great views, walkable to Mullet Bay beach, close to restaurants, a short drive to the Maho area and Simpson Bay. We found this to be a great location to enjoy the activities of the Dutch side of the Island.

Our stay at tower B at Fourteen at Mullet Bay was over the top. All of the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The place was immaculate! Started everyday with Lattes and Croissants at the pool restaurant. The staff there gave us excellent restaurant and places to go and things to do references. Spent a lot of time at the beach which was walking distance from the property. Our Studio apartment was clean and new and had great views from the balcony. Definitely recommend this property for the ultimate vacation get away. We will be back!

Overall, a nice property in close proximity to a nice beach. It is a fairly new building, so everything still looked nice and everything was functioning. There was one issue that occurred; front desk personnel checked in a different family into our already booked unit... it was awkward when they just walked into my unit when I was cooking a meal. However, it was quickly resolved and they were directed to an open unit.

Clean, convenient, good value, good location. We would definitely stay again.
