A boutique hotel with lots of charm. Only two rooms on our floor! Rooms were very large with tasteful furnishings. Breakfast was included which was a bonus. Location at the top of the terrace was excellent with king park just a short walk away. Will define stay again.

Air con ok Bed comfy enough but small Dodgy outlets Shower- hot cold hot cold hot cold The mirror fell off and the light didn’t work Cleaners left a dirty behind the bin in the bathroom There was no body wash or there was a two in one shampoo and conditioner and that’s about it and you got a very tiny towel each And it was very difficult to cast your iPhone or android to the smart TV which was half hanging off the wall

The hotel entrace for check in was at the bar and hard to realize, but once found, the staff are great. There is no 24 hour reception here .

Easy check in lovely spacious room. Nice breakfast. Close to city sights and transport.

Great staff, good location and a wonderful breakfast. This is a nice older hotel with a great big bathroom and comfortable beds.

Room was terrible. Staff were very nice though. Refund for the room has already been requested.

good position but really needs work we paid for a suite but both lounge and bedroom air conditioners were broken it was too hot to sit in the lounge area, and the bedroom had a small portable air conditioner next to the bed that vented through a hole in the roof and sounded like an aircraft taking off when turned on bathroom was very good though, but it was very hot inside the room so we didn't spend much time in it do waste money on a suite there as its not worth the extra money and its a depressing room with old and miss matched furniture

Perfectly positioned for work in the city, The Terrace was exactly the small, friendly hotel that sits me on work trips.

Room Is dusty. No staff Is working on PH days. Hotel can't be reached by call. Hotel changed breakfast to muffin on boxing day without notifying customer prior to check in. Very horrible experience on Christmas stay.

Ideally located in the city, close to the harbour and Kings Park. Quick check in, great room and fantastic staff

Hotel was nicely appointed, service mentality left rather a lot to be desired. I only asked if I could have a latte coffee in place of the breakfast included, to be advised NO !, Black coffee is included….. “Urm I didn’t have breakfast yesterday either, surely one coffee in place of 2 breakfasts is reasonable”, NO black coffee is included.. Oh well, shame, maybe it was an off day but left a rather bad taste.
