As I wrote before, this “Denis” person fraudulently used our credit card to stay at your hotel. I hold Hotel.com partly responsible for allowing this fraud to occur. Your communications to “Denis” are coming to my personal email, not to him. I would never recommend anyone use your services if you allow this sort of thing to happen.

The PH apt need so much updating beds were hard very outdated dryer started but wouldn’t stay on had to ask for toilet paper and towels all the time

Clean and large we had stay in the PH and our last night in this apt was so much better wish we had this one for our whole stay

Room spotless friendly staff

The apartment was great for a family of 5 people. It was very clean and spacious. The amenities for teenagers like the football area and gym were a great addition to our stay.

unit is ok with all you need (lack of towels, toilet paper, onw day we wakw up ). personnel are friendly, surrounding areas are not nice and looks unsafe. a little difficult to access.

Great place

It looks better in the photos than live. We had an issue trying to finding the building since its pretty complicated turn where the GPS says, I do suggest sending information regarding that so the people can know exactly how to get there. Also there is nowhere saying that they wont change bed clothing or theres a cleaning daily, they do charge $50usd and have to advise 24 hrs in advance, which I do think when you are vacationing its something that you are not prepared. At the same time, we had an issue when check-in, the code they gave me didnt work and we were 15 min outside the apartment with all the lugage waiting for new code.

Not as described and only stayed one of our four nights. Requested a partial refund but apartment owners refused to provide a partial refund and told us to contact Expedia, which I will. Unit was in rough condition and did not match the photos displayed on Expedia.

Property was in excellent shape, only critique was no A/C

The place was dirty since we came in, no basic things to at least wash the dishes. I need to buy extra stuff and washed everything and cleaned the place. It’s old and basic.

Excelent choice for a quick family get away. My kids enjoyed the common areas and the apartment itself. I has everything you need for a comfortable and happy stay. I recommend staying here.

Mi primera experiencia con un Apart Hotel. No me gustó mucho. No me siento engañado. No debería quejarme de nada. En realidad en general fue positivo. Ubicación excelente. Relación calidad precio muy justa. El personal del edificio y el anfitrión excelentes. Ojo: el acceso si es difícil y tiene truco. El departamento… no estuvo mal. Pero no estuvo muy bien tampoco. Para empezar un frío del demonio. (No es culpa de ellos). Pero si es algo a considerar si te hospedaras ahí. Pisos y muebles muy gastados. Regaderas con coladeras sueltas. Agua fría todo el tiempo. Refri no enfriaba. Y el estacionamiento (sótano 3) es un depósito de basura. No es lugar para huéspedes creo yo. En resumen: buscaré siempre otra opción, pero si es verano, podría volver a Capitalia. No estuvo tan mal.

Habitaciones limpias

Llegamos y no tenian registro digital de nuestra estadia, tuvimos que esperar 15 minutos, el lugar de estacionamiento fue hasta el Sotano 3, literal al lado de carros Abandonados, al lado del Storage, ya estando instalados no habia ropa de cama extra para el Sofa Cama, lo pedimos por mensaje y nunca nos contestaron, y nunca Salió agua caliente en ninguna regadera, Mal Todo Mal con la instalacion del departamento, no tiene calefaccion parecia Iglú y
