we booked online showed them our verification number .. they didnt honour it and up charged us. the room had a poorly fixed patch in ceilng that was breaking apart. girlfriend went to have bath water was brown and clumps/floaties came out.. cant adjust heat , mold all arond baseboard in bathroom .. in the 2 days it actually effected my girlfriends breathing, hard to communicate with owners

Checking in - there is small print about extra charges - review before booking as we were surprised with an extra $25. Room had clearly had a smoker in before and they tried to cover the smell with strong air freshners. AC did not work but they offered another room or a fan. For one night, it was manageable but the property is tired, many fixtures are falling off the walls. Wish I had stayed with my original choice - only took this as it said AC in all rooms! The owners need to walk around the property and start fixing things before its too late.

The motel is in need of proper maintenance as all of the furnishings in the room are outdated and most are in need of a fresh coat of paint. The washroom door was so narrow l almost didn't fit through it. There was NO HOT WATER available. The lighting beside the beds was mounted high enough on the wall between them that in order to turn them off for sleeping you had to get out of bed. The remote for the tv was held together with cellotape (ie to hold the batteries in). The next door unit was partying all night long and only by using my cellphone earbuds did l get any sleep. I do not recommend staying here under any circumstances, the whole place should be bulldozed flat. Oh yeah...lawn maintenance went on until late in the evening so it was almost impossible to hear the tv. Unbelievably horrible stay.

Staff very friendly and helpful, Too many confusing rules, Bed was uncomfortable, Bathroom small, Tap water had odor.

Property was very basic, but was expected with the price.

Cigarette smell in first room, unbearable room "freshener" smell in next. No telephone. Very primitive furniture, with barely tolerable bed.

The owners are very nice and will remember you

Clean and comfortable, just outside the city but nothing within walking distance. Good value if all you need is a good night's sleep.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Motel is pet friendly and there was some damage in the bathroom from a previous guest that is awaiting repair. Stall type shower so if you are a larger peraon, keep that in mind when booking. Overall a lovely stay, though. Reasonable price and convenient location. Thanks for s great stsy!
