We arrived at 1 am and the air conditioner didnt work, they finaly chagend our room but the first reaction of the hotel manager was to tell us that there were no rooms avaliable. very unfrioendly and untrainded staff

Air conditioning on the rooms diodnt work and we were in the middle of summer with temps up to 38 Degs.

Mal ubicada difícil para tomar un taxi normalmente los hoteles tienen una entrada para los carros que aquí no existe

I was looking forward to a new hotel. Unfortunately they are not organized. The maids were cleaning out my room one day too early as if I had checked out with my suitcases and belongings there. Not maid’s fault but management coordination. All my things were handled and changed place!!! We were given one bottle of water for two people, no Kleenex, “complimentary” coffee was a small plastic thing with instant coffee, and the second day no cups, no water at all! Shower head made of cheap plastic, nowhere to put anything near the shower except for the floor. Sink in a dark, closed cubicle. Reason for two stars is for adequate international different plugs and decent breakfast. I would not recommend it!

Super MALA experiencia, justo el mismo dia me llamaron para decirme que cancelaron mi reservacion (ya que habian revendido habitaciones porque toda la zona estaba saturada) y querian mandarme a un hotel de tercera.

Buena estadía, pieza cómoda. Nunca me conecté al ínter ETE que ofrecen, ni me solucionaron el problema. Desayuno rico.

ロビー階とジム・プールの階からはアンデス山脈が見えて綺麗。朝食は毎朝同じメニューなので、長期滞在の際は飽きてしまうも。

Nuevo limpio y buen desayuno

La habitación estaba en 8 grados cuando llegué y les costó horas temperar, el televisor estaba roto y no servía, y para remate no había toallas para la ducha AM.

El hotel es nuevo, pero mantiene un olor tanto en los estacionamientos, ascensor y habitaciones a alcantarillado, el olor es permanente durante la estadía

Moderno , bien ubicado

El sitio dice que los impuestos están incluidos, sin embargo el hotel nos cobró 17 mil pesos chilenos (20 dólares ) extra por impuestos y cargos asociados. Nos salió más caro de lo que esperábamos, mala experiencia en ese sentido con hoteles.com

llegamos al hotel no todo lo que dice ofrece el gimnasio no funciona hay que ir a otro lado, no entregan factura al check out inmediata falta antes SII. como es un hotel nuevo no se ajusta valor con la atencion incluyendo restorant ya que es mucha gente con poca experiencia un dia nos ofrecieron aseo a las 16 hora y otro dia no lo hicieron
