Air conditioning was extremely loud and made falling asleep difficult. Bellmen were there solely to valet park and offered no help with luggage. One evening during our stay the bar had no bank and could not accept cash payment for drinks or food. (We prefer using and tipping in cash whenever possible)

Very lovely hotel and friendly staff. Hallways smelled a bit musty, but it didn’t carry into the rooms. Very nice bar/restaurant with a patio

Love the uniqueness of this property. The only downside is parking. Parking is not very convenient. Don’t get me wrong valet parking is great if you are there the hours it’s available

Worst air conditioning systems in the world! The A/C in our first room was so loud and rattling so badly that we had to change rooms. The next was hardly any better. Like trying to sleep under the vent hood of your kitchen range. Your valet service doesn’t open until 7:00am, which no one told us. We left the hotel at 6:00 am and I had to go through a commercial parking garage looking for my car.

The hotel was really nice. Our room was great and the service was exceptional! We ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and the food was absolutely amazing!

Brand new hotel. Very clean and modern rooms. Check in staff was very friendly.

Everyone was professional and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. The Valet was extremely professional and made you feel your car was in good hands.

At first glance it was beautiful. I only ever came across three staff members during my stay; one was the valet, two was the check in lady, and three was a maid whom was on her own personal phone call on the elevator talking about what time she was going to get off work. (She didn't even look at me.) I soon found out why they had complementary ear plugs at the check in desk. If not for the construction on the street, it was for the loud HVAK system that went off every 20 minutes or so. I nearly jumped off the bed when I first heard it. The WIFI never worked, I wasn't going to argue about it at 9:00 at night. In the morning, I went to shower, and there was no soap in the shower, not a drop. I won't be staying there again for $300 a night.
