We had a wonderful stay and credit Victoria with making us feel welcome and informed. She booked tours and drivers for us as well as making recommendations for restaurants and things to see in San Miguel. Accommodations were amazing, and loved the vibe.

La terraza del restaurante es Mágica con su romántica iluminación, jardín y canales de agua. La comida EXQUISITA. Por ultimo, y lo más importante a resaltar es el gran profesionalismo, amabilidad, vocación de servicio y Don de Gentes de VALERIA, quien hizo de nuestra estadía una memorable, haciéndonos sentir como Reyes, y también como en casa.

Staff is Amazing

Very delux design-- the Marquesa suite was beautifully appointed- friendly owner and staff. great walkable location to center SanMiguel. Court yard was super.

This hotel is an oasis. Hotel room was amazing. Absolutely beautiful and top notch. The courtyard was beautiful. What really sets it apart was the staff. I have never felt that special at any hotel.

This historic property with about 4 rooms was truly unique. Valeria is what made our visit extremely memorable and special—she is phenomenal; unmatched warmth and service. From personalized recommendations to reservations we couldn’t get ourselves, a consistently friendly and professional demeanor from all staff, personally handling the parking of our car, greeting us with beautiful drinks, a very comfortable bed, a grand bathroom, and a stunning terrace within the historic district, this stay stands out among the best in our many travels.

Beautiful hotel and property with very friendly service. Right in the heart of town but quiet and private. Limited breakfast but a full bar in the evening. We didn’t have a chance to eat at the restaurant but it has a lovely atmosphere. Room is very well appointed with everything you need. Large bathroom again very well appointed. Lovely welcome drink each afternoon.

I went with my 2 best friends. The hotel Is one of he best in San Miguel and to be honest one of the best experience I had, I traveled a lot, and the hotel with only 4 rooms is a unique experience, the service is 5star plus. The details on every single corner are so unique and beautiful, in downtown and we could not hear any noise, they have noise cancellation doors. I will go back now with my husband.

Valeria and her staff are an all-around Perfect 10. The hotel is quaint, intimate and service is great. Really enjoyed our 3-night stay.

The property is beautifully decorated and although it lacks a lot of services that other hotels have it was extraordinary valeria the administrator looks after every detail to make your stay unforgetable
