For a "two star" motel, it was great. Fairly quiet area, loads of grassed area for walking the dog. The room was small but was fine for a couple of nights. Shower works really well, loads of hot water. Beds were comfortable too.

Clean room and sheets. Short walk to an excellent coffee shop and other restaurants, pharmacy and grocery store. Quiet spot.

Very good staff - clean room

From the outside, the motel doesn’t look like much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It appeared recently renovated, was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly. Thank you!

Room was clean but Furniture was a little worn.

Nice clean property, friendly staff. Stay here 1-2 per year.

Staff was very nice however not very organized. We got locked out of our rooms twice because keys did not work. We were there for 11 days and the cleaning lady did not come once. We had to go get supplies at the office as we needed them and the office is only open from 3 to 9pm. The rooms are dated, too small, old grout that can’t be cleaned anymore in bathroom.

Tiles on floor were all cracking and loose.

Arrival went smooth with very friendly service upon check in. Room was clean. The one drawback. If you are a light sleeper such as myself, the noise from the road could be easily heard.

This is a fantastic Motel. Great location if dropping or picking up a student from Bishop's University. I have stayed here before and the beds are easily the most comfortable in any of the Lennoxville motels. Was in Room #3 this time, and I did notice being able to hear some noise/voices from the adjoining rooms, which I had never before experienced in other rooms which I have stayed in. Would probably spend the extra money to be in one of the larger rooms in the future. Still, VERY clean, very comfortable and I would recommend to anyone to enjoy a night's sleep here.

Really enjoyed our stay. Simple, clean, really comfy bed. The suite is great for families. Highly recommend.
