Highly recommended for family vacations, there are lots of activities for children and the food is quite varied, the staff is friendly and the service is quite satisfactory.

The hotel staff are all friendly, the service is good, even in the middle of the night, the rooms are nice and clean, the facilities are complete, our family enjoyed it, the pool is cold, maybe if it were a bit warmer it would be the best hotel

all good. except the water pressure at the higher floors is... dismal. especially the rooms with the bathtubs, the water from the showerhead barely clears the ledge to the bathtub.

me and my family had a great time here. after check in, we just dont want to go out. we swim (the pool is freaking cold), soak in hot jacuzzi, play in the playground, play basketball n juggle soccerball on the court. so many fun things to do. we just went out for dinner (near a lot of mall and culinary) and come back. in the morning the breakfast food is quite vary and also delicious. we enjoy our anniversary staycation. definitely a recommended hotel.

experience of staying in Trembesi,,, when entering the room the room was hot/the AC was not working,,, after complaining and trying to fix it the room was cold again, but the sound of the AC/AC grille was very disturbing all night long.. hopefully this can be input for the hotel in maintaining its AC system

Nice hotel to stay at Serpong for business

A very comfortable and clean hotel. The facilities are also complete. There are kids' activities to foster creativity in children. All the staff are friendly. The breakfast menu has a wide selection and is delicious. Upon check-in, you get an extra benefit of a free Starbucks coffee. I never hesitate to stay at this hotel. I'll definitely come back again next time!

Comfortable, complete facilities, the atmosphere always makes you want to stay at Trembesi again, wide windows are a plus point that other hotels rarely have, this is our second stay with a different room type than before, and all the rooms are very comfortable, thank you Trembesi, next time we will stay here again ☺️

A Surprisingly Excellent Stay This hotel exceeded expectations—a relaxing, well-appointed space that perfectly suited my needs, and at a fantastic price point given its category. The property begins around level 15, offering a seamless check-in experience at the ground floor and breakfast served on level 6. One of its standout features is the view: expansive picture windows paired with the elevated starting level provide breathtaking panoramas of the surrounding area—the ideal way to unwind after a long day. I opted for the breakfast package, which offered a diverse and satisfying spread. From local delicacies to Asian and Western favorites, there was something for everyone. The freshly made omelette was a personal highlight. While the hotel is slightly tucked away—about a two-minute drive off the main roads—I found this to be a plus. Combined with the elevated views, it gives a sense of peaceful seclusion without being far from the action.

The hotel is strategically located near the main access road and shopping center. The hotel is in very good and elegant condition, the room interior is cool, and the supporting facilities are quite complete. The food is quite complete and on average tastes delicious.
