The property was infested with cockroaches. As we entered the property, we saw at least 4 big roaches outside the front door. I found a roach crawling on my belongings in my room. Apart from that, the hotel is located down a narrow, dark alleyway that felt very unsafe going down in the night. Cars cannot access this place and the location is unsafe. The bed was also hard as a rock. While I told the front desk staff member about the roach in my belongings and he removed it promptly, there was no insecticide on the property and he was unable to spray out my room. The room was also filled with mosquitoes. Sanitation is a major issue on the property. With a lack of a simple insecticide can, the hotel is unable to protect guests from roaches and mosquitoes. Terrible place to stay. Never stay here. The other good reviews make this place seem amazing, but from having stayed here, I can safely say those are misleading and that this place is a nightmare to stay at.

Located in an alley not difficult to find though. Staff were kind and it was a very convenient location lots of dining, shopping and activity around. The room was exactly as described although the bathroom was a bit small everything else was great

You need to walk to main street

Clean functional room. Unfortunately I was on the ground floor with the window facing the lobby, so not much of privacy if you open your curtains or window. Quiet location with nice rooftop.

There was a kitchen. I did not use it. There are many shops, restaurants and bodegas.

It was a little off the beaten path so the taxi could not get me there but a pretty short walk. No food available on site. About 20 walk to dock

Such a cute little stay in Panajachel. Staff was very kind and even held our luggage until our shuttle came to pick us up.

The hotel is in a good location, it is in a more secluded area, but is relatively close to the main street and the ferries. Clean and comfortable rooms, and staff allowed for early check-in which was very convenient. I would recommend the facility owners to install smaller lamps next to the bed as there is only the bright main light.

This place has everything you need for a short art in Pana. Rooms are clean, there is kitchen and terrace. We were allowed to check in early, which we really appreciated. There is drinking water provided.

Clean, comfy and quiet (other than the occasional barking dog during the day), nice staff, good hot water. Tough to find. No signage except for a mural except for a mural on their wall clear down at the end of the walkway. Ask people on the street. They'll point the way.

Don’t trust the fake 5 star reviews. No hot water, essentially no wifi, ants in the room, open air to the outside so bugs and cat/dog noises all night long. Don’t be fooled like I was

We stayed here for one night. Hotel is located a quick walk to the most busier Santander Street with many shops and restaurant. So it was very convenient. You have to go thru some alies to get to the hotel, but it is super safe. Staff is so friendly and accomodating. They truly make you feel welcome. Room was clean and in good condition. Bathroom was in great shape too and clean, however, if I have to suggest anything is that they replace the shower head. At least in our room it was dirty and some might think disgusting. Still for the rest and their staff I will give this a 5 star review stay.

Poorly designed bathroom. Not very clean. Noisy as there is no place to have quiet when there are noisy guests.
