I stayed there for 1 night. Overall, the experience was very nice and pleasant. However, there are two occurrences that kept me pondering. Firstly, the receptionist stated that the checkout time is 11.00 am and i am pretty sure in the apps showed 12.00 noon. The receptionist confidently stands with her opinion and i asked for extension around 30 minutes to check out. Later on, i checked the app, and for sure the check-out time is 12.00 noon. I called the receptionist and explained the situation and ask for 30 minutes extension (12.30pm) but got rejected. Later on, the receptionist called me and gave the extension. Issue sorted. Fyi, i check out at 12.00 noon. Secondly, during breakfast, the staff also stated the last order was at 10.30 am but the info given was breakfast until 11.00 am. These two occurrences made me wondered on the customer service provided. Whether you want to happily host the customer or reluctant to host the customer. However, i do felt this place is very wonderful and very nice. Keep up the good work. Hopefully, i can get to this place again in the future.

very impressive,, the service is super,, thank you for making us feel at home and comfortable for 3 days 2 nights at kalandara, only 1 romantic dinner moment lacked classical music accompaniment so that it was not too quiet at the end of the swimming pool it was very quiet without any music 🥰,, next romantic dinner will have music as a sweetener, yes for the rest the best,, we also felt very comfortable, it felt like we didn't stay 2 nights at kalandara 🥰

The air conditioner in the room was not cold enough, I stayed in room 218 and had to fix the air conditioner 3 times. It's very very unfortunate that the breakfast is not very good, there is no taste at all with an additional breakfast of 300 per person, it doesn't make sense with all the food that is not good. For the alacarte it's also not good, the eggs have no taste at all, let alone the fried rice, sorry, at least the fried rice is not good at all, the only good thing is the banquet drink, which is very good, the others are no no no. The meatballs are the worst and they give at least once, but the real meatballs are pentol, it's better at the meatball vendor on the beach. It's a shame that I was disappointed and didn't have time to take a photo, so if we were a family of two adults and one child over 3 years old, we would have to pay an additional 300,000 for breakfast. The others are very good, the rooms, facilities, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the employees are very good. Please improve the restaurant section. Next time we will definitely come here again.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, quiet, free from vehicle noise, the food is delicious.

Had a great time for 3 nights with wonderful view, excellent food (should try Rendang and brownies for dessert), friendly staff and well maintained facility. Definitely will come back, thanks! 🥰

Akomodasi ini sangat cocok untuk bulan madu maupun liburan keluarga. Lokasinya terletak sangat dekat dengan pantai, dimana Anda bisa menikmati keindahan pantai dari jarak dekat. Pelayanan mereka juga sangat baik. Seluruh staf dapat berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris dengan baik dan sangat profesional.

Well, that's too bad. This is luxury and beautiful resort as far as I know but the services are really bad. Our towels were not replaced. And we start for breakfast at 8 AM, and then our food order haven't come yet until 9 AM, I waited too long time. But a lot of people come after us, the food is already served. Why? Can you imagine that we have to wait almost 1 hour for our breakfast? So I guess we write request the time of breakfast at the paper is useless

Incredible views, pampering the eyes that can be seen from this Kalandra Resort, comfortable and well-maintained rooms, a resort environment that is well-maintained, clean and very well laid out makes staying comfortable at Kalandara Resort, there are only 29 villas in Kalandara Resort. Room with private pool, bathtub, refrigerator, comfortable sofa to sleep on, and a place to relax around the private pool which makes comfort even more felt plus direct views of the sea from above which makes it even more enjoyable, hotel staff were very friendly from the time we arrived until we returned home very serving, thank you Ms. Wulan and the other Ms. (forgot to ask the name). We are satisfied staying at villa number 217. Thank you.
