Spent a short stay at Hyatt Centric, but the entire experience was amazing and seamless. Special mention to Harshita at the front desk, as well as Akshay for in-room dining. Keep it up, Hyatt Centric team !!

Excellent hotel to stay in sector 17 , nice views ***** Walking distance to main shopping market in sector 17 It’s known for best shopping in the union territory. The main thing I enjoyed was the underground entrance to the Asia’s largest and most famous Rose garden, it offers probably close to thousand different flowers..

I stayed for 6 days but had to leave one day early. When i checked out early, the front desksaid they could not help with the refund. Its frustrating to pay for a night that was never used, especially when no one is willing to take responsibility... very disappointing experience and not what i expected...

Staff- In room dining manager Mr. Pallav took exceptional care of my dietrery needs. We have been to many 5 star hotels but the care Mr. Pallav took of our family was amazing. Even the doorman Mr. Samarjeet was.great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Good stuff

The room was excellent. Your front office staff Mr Nakul once again stood out as an excellent staff. He was expecting my arrival and ensured all was in order. Upon check out he was also there to ensure a smooth check out. Totally happy with my stay there and i am extremely happy with the sevice provided.

Breakfast menu was cold. Room service was not done properly. Staff were slow nearly to no staff at breakfast area. Basic things were missing like water nor the staff didn’t even checked if we need anything. I had to ask them. When checking out the person at reception asked me about the stay told him few things like water. He took it lightly and asked me if I need water to while leaving it sounded like he’s making fun of me. It could be my feelings but I don’t appreciate these kinda statements when you asked me what was the issue.

The breakfast is mind blowingly good: variety, quality and dining room. Abjit in the breakfast shift is outstandingly good at his job. He was attentive, sincere and accommodating. He's very customer centric.

Great location and very modern

The AC in the lobby & dining rooms was so cold we couldn't use them. And ghastly loud music everywhere. I expected better from Hyatt and will never stay there again.
