Very good hotel, would recommend as we have stayed at many hotels around the world. Very tidy the staff are very attentive. We asked the reception for extra towels and we just got back to our room when they arrived! Very quick actions on any query. Large selection in the buffet area. The only downside is it’s extremely busy at dining times so can be very noisy but overall a very good hotel.

We really liked the room The fact that there was a lounge area was just great and I would stay again at this hotel just for that. The room was spacious and the aircon was great. The bathroom was great too with 2 sinks and a very powerful shower and excellent flush on the loo. The balcony was also lovely. We also loved the pool. Big and fabulous. We would definitely stay here again for these reasons. The room was unique in what it had to offer. Not many hotels would offer this for the price. I had stayed here before last year and came back for the above reasons

We booked to stay here at the end of May. Loved the hotel property, our room had an ample amount of space, the staff were very lovely. The breakfast options were great. Entertainment available at the pool and the nightclub. The only unfortunate event was our air-con was not working for our whole stay, when we reported this to reception, the maintenance team did not turn up to our room to fix this.

Terrible hotel. Dated, slow staff, check in too 25 minutes and I was the only one checking in. Booked family suite, balcony pictures on website looked nice with large area and loungers, we got tiny terrace over staff entrance on the road. Terrace lights didn’t work, bulbs out in lounge area. Kitchen area with no kettle. Rusty bathroom. Breakfast OK.

Property was older but beautifully maintained and very clean. Was resort like, with huge buffet restaurant, pool, etc. only the surrounding area, the streets are difficult to navigate and a little run down.

Brilliant hotel, everyrhing is great except for one thing. The pool area in the centre of the hotel where all the room circle round had load music on from two different areas (pool and club) both musics clashing all day from mid day till midnight. Even with the doors and windows closed, music was really load as if we were at a festival all day.

Very professional stash nice and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast specially omelettes.

You wont get the room you booked. Reception staff rude, liars and hotal managment non existence. Guests dogs wee all round hotel, by pool etc. Inadequate parking, underground car park used aa storage and staff vehicles. Awful place. Stay somewhere else.

My room was taken and I was bumped to another lower quality hotel for the same charges. The AC in the other hotel was leaking water all over the place and it took the next day to fix it. Breakfast was included but not enough option to choose from.

The property is fine for a 3star hotel. It is very far away from any of the local towns or beaches. You’ll need taxis or a hire car to stay here.

Property was undergoing winter upgrades. Staffing was minimal, as were the facilities. Lucky for us, it was just a quick overnight stay.

Clean place, fantastic pool, friendly staff. 👍 Long corridors, horrible buffets for lunch and dinner, far away from shops and restaurants .👎

Overall, it’s an excellent choice for an affordable holiday with great value. ​The Pros: ​Animation Team: Huge shoutout to Oscar and his colleague. Their energy was incredible—they are a massive asset to the hotel! ​Service: Very friendly staff, from housekeeping to the bartenders. ​Rooms: Spacious and cleaned well daily. ​Snack Bar: Great pool-side option for pizza, burgers, and fries. ​The Cons: ​Soundproofing: The walls were paper thin, so not ideal for light sleepers. ​Dining: The buffet lacked variety, especially at lunch. No hand sanitizer available in the restaurant. ​Facilities: The indoor pool/sauna wasn't very warm, and the bar was out of certain items (e.g. gluten-free beer). ​Check-in Warning: We had issues arriving at 2 AM. Despite doing the "online check-in" to save time, it caused more confusion, and it took 20 minutes to get our room. I’d recommend just checking in at the desk. ​Location: A bit secluded, but only a 20-minute walk to Lidl and a 15-minute taxi to Marbella. ​Conclusion: Don't expect high-end luxury, but for a budget-friendly trip with a great atmosphere, it’s a solid choice. We would definitely consider returning!

Très bon rapport prestations/prix

Speisen waren ok (HP), die Auswahl hätte größer sein können. Getränke mussten selbst geholt werden an einer Bar (Sofortzahlung). Hielt den ganzen Verkehr auf, das Essen wurde kalt und durch die Schlange war der Weg beengt zur Terrasse. Diese wiederum war schön auch fürs Frühstück.
