I arrived in the evening and was fumbling around with the self check-in process when I happened to meet a staff member. They helped me out so nicely! The style of the accommodation was perfect, very convenient for exploring all day, and felt safe. They even had a quiet hairdryer – excellent!

Even though the rooms were full, they still let me book. When I arrived, I couldn't get a room. When they finally found one for me, it was a single room, and I'd paid over a thousand baht for it. Plus, the staff disappeared to avoid resolving the problem. By the time they returned, the issue had already been resolved. I refused the single room and asked for a full refund, but they wouldn't do that. Okay, one time is enough.

Easy to go somewhere else , middle the city place

It's difficult to contact the branch staff. I requested a large bed but received two single beds. We had to move the beds together ourselves. The service wasn't as good as it should have been. The branch couldn't help me solve the problem. I had to contact them repeatedly.

- The location is in a cave about 100m deep. There are ATMs, laundry facilities, coffee shops... places to eat around. There's a night market on Saturday, so you can't drive there. Must walk - Friendly staff, but can only check in around 8am-5am. After that time, it was a bit difficult or had to sleep on the street. :)) - There is only 1 cleaning lady, friendly, cheerful, and attentive. - Room is smaller than pictured. - Cool air conditioner, temporary wifi.
