1. The hotel staff was very friendly.
2. The room was quite spacious and quite clean.
3. Unfortunately, I saw a rat next to the fence in the rooftop breakfast area, which was scary.
4. The food selection wasn't very varied, but it was delicious.
5. There's an additional fee for bringing children, but it's not too expensive.

If possible, replace the pillow because it is already yellow and there are many spots on the pillowcase, bedsheets and blankets. If possible, keep the bathroom clean. I usually stay at G. Verona, but yesterday I moved rooms because it was dirty and itchy on my body. Please pay attention to the cleanliness so that we can stay comfortable there.

The hotel staff was very helpful and quickly responded to any complaints regarding the amenities or room comfort. The scent of the rooms and hallways needs to be improved; it should smell as good as possible, just like when you first enter the hotel lobby.
