After a long transit in Bali, I just found out about this capsule hotel. It's very helpful if you're just transiting and not at the airport for long, you don't have to pay expensive taxis to get out of the airport. The staff are very friendly from check-in to check-out 👌 everything is clean from the room, floor, etc. The shared toilet is clean but only dirty guests leave their sanitary napkins near the shower! The staff are very friendly, making your stay even more comfortable. Capsule hotel but the inside is very comfortable and cool. Thank you Passgo Hotel 🙏🏻

Very practical if you need to catch an early morning flight the next day or land late in the evening. The departure gate is right above the hotel Pros: - Sleeping pod is spacious Wish List: 1) A hot & cold water dispenser in the communal space would be great - it makes more sense than giving us water bottles 2) A dry changing room in the bathroom - it would be a lot more comfortable to have a dry private area to change, so we can bring in our bags

I saw a cockroach in the bathroom and there was hair in my bed. There was a squeak from the bed and very bad soundproofing.

Had an early flight so i just decided to stay in this capsule hotel. First and foremost, the location is a total convenient. Sure if you have domestic flight instead of international flight, you'll have to walk for 10 minutes to the domestic building, but that's not a big problem (unless youre in a rush). The room was just... fine. by all means, you couldnt expect more for a capsule hotel at the airport. they provide you with wifi, towel, and toothbrush. they also have a place to store big luggages. The room (or capsule) was nice, at least for a few hours of stretching the back before going up for antoher flight. The only downside of this hotel is the bathroom.

Super practical for a short overnight stay as it is right in the airport. The PassGo Hotel is on the 2nd floor and the check-in area is on the 3rd floor. It couldn't be better. I would do it again!

Convenient and clean. I stayed here with my two daughters. The bathroom floor was very slippery and they ran out of toilet paper. I would definitely stay here again as we could shower, eat a nourishing meal, and take a nap. We felt safe and secure the entire time.

It's rather spacious for 'capsul' hotel, and it's good hotel for a good sleep after a long flight. Recommended!

This is a great place to stay for those who waiting for the next five hoirs flight or arrived over night.

Suitable for those who transit for a few hours in the middle of the night and have to continue their flight the next morning, there is hot water for showering, very helpful for checking in at midnight and checking out early in the morning. Clean but the capsule room feels cramped for a fat and tall person like me. I can't imagine if I got a room above because I had to climb the monkey ladder. In general, it 's not bad and a good alternative for travelers.

Their location is in international airport. Really useful for us since we have early flight next morning. Can check in at any time 👍🏼👍🏼 They provide locker, towel & toothbrush. Toilets & bathrooms were clean & spacious. Love their capsul 🫶🏼
