Staff was amazing, we didn't get to our room until about midnight and the room had an awful smell to it. But we were too tired and just needed to get to bed. The staff did apologize in the morning for the smell, but said because we booked through Expedia, they could not refund the points used to book our room

Breakfast was hot and fresh, offered more than a continental breakfast, coffee good for a hotel. Our room only had 2 towels initially, so we had to ask for more. There was only one person on staff at the front office in the evening, and we had to wait a long time when he was away.

Our stay with the hotel was OK. We didn't like that the cleaning service didn't come clean our room unless we asked for it. When they did, they didn't give us any extra towels, washcloths, toilet paper and body soap. We had to request for them. During the free breakfast, they would run out of the food quickly and didn't replenish it fast enough.

This property is suitable for a “no frills” or “passing through” stay. It could have been cleaner (bedding, bathroom, dust, etc.) but was suitable for the price and duration of one night.

Skip this one. Home2 Suites is great from Vermont all the way to Oklahoma and Oklahoma back to Vermont, but not this particular one in Ohio. Poor management in the details. Busted security doors, wet carpeted floors and cold, cold coffee when it was promised to be hot 24/7. All around not worth the cost at all.

Great location.

Our room was clean and stocked. We had a fridge where we could keep our drinks cold. We were coming just for one night as we were on a road trip and this was just a pit stop. We loved that the pool was opened until 11pm, so my kids were able to burn off some of the energy from sitting in a car all day. Their complimentary breakfast was also great. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

This’s so far the cleanest hotel we stayed during vacation in recent years

Check in was at 3 we arrived a little before 4 and were told they didn’t have a room clean for us. The guy was friendly about it and told us we could have stuff for free up by the front desk like drinks and snacks and what not which was nice but we needed our room cause I had my 4 kids and wife just hanging out in the car. He Told me he couldn’t tell me when the room would be ready because they were having issues with getting rooms cleaned that day I guess. The options I had were to wait and we’ll see when it’s ready or I could leave. After clearing up that they in fact had An actual room for us, just not cleaned we opted to stay. Luckily the pool was open so we let the kids swim and 20 min later they told us the room was ready. So not that big of a deal just kind of frustrating initially. Room was clean, we thought it had a weird smell. Wasn’t a bad place to stay for the night but probably wouldn’t stay again

Loved the huge suite and the shower. The bathroom door was very strange and the beds were stiff. Also, we ran out of tissues and when we called the front desk the gentleman was very abrupt and seemingly annoyed at our request

The pool was not heated.. but other than that it was a very enjoyable.

Our room smelled like wet dog. There were no other rooms available. So frustrating!

When we checked in the TV didn’t work! We got that fixed but then the air conditioning didn’t work! And as odd as that seems in Ohio in March we needed air conditioning! They changed our room and made us happy!

Did the job. Family loved it.

My daughter loved the pool and continental breakfast was surprisingly good. Loved the convenient location.
