This property needs an upgrade!

While this is the AIRPORT Hilton, it's not at the airport. It's a 15 minute drive, and if you want a shuttle, you have to schedule one the night before - they don't come regularly. No one told me that, I just had to figure it out accidentally while trying to get to the airport for my flight. It would have been great to learn that upon checking in.

Shower head and coffee machine not working

Shuttle service was great, room was clean and served its purpose. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Great service and hotel

The staff was very informative. Hotel was clean and comfy. I especially appreciated the airport shuttle and fly and stay they offer!!

Hotel rooms needed a little updating. Door to bathroom didn’t close. Bed was comfortable and shower was hot.

Have stayed at this property many times. Very convenient to area and City; very clean and comfortable with good access to airport. Friendly staff with food options as well

I was was very disappointed with the answers from the front desk (management). I as to meet another party there put they were not able to make it. They canceled through there third party reservation put the management had no clue about releasing them from the reservation. The person said it was up to the manager. The manager did not have a clue or refused to help them with there situation. i stay there about ever 5 weeks but I will no longer stay at this hotel.

Excellent hotel- room, lobby and all areas like new condition. Will stay again with you when back in that area.

Everything went smoothly. Place was perfect. Shuffle to the airport was fast and on time.

Great food options nearby.

Tammy was very welcoming and helpful, set us up with transportation to the airport and was knowledgeable of the area. Room was comfortable and clean. Didn’t catch the name of the woman tending bar but she too was extremely pleasant.
