One of the worst experience ever. Eventho I book the deluxe room (which was supposed to be better than their standard room) 1. Biggest issue were bed bugs, there were many of them. And 2 type of bugs! I encounter them at late night, and they won't let me change rooms, they only offer to change the sheets (which I don't think will solve the issue at all) 2. Rooms are indeed not clean at all, it was dusty, dark, damp and moldy. As you can see from my picture there were even trash on top of the headboard. I even found an empty water bottle from prev guests under my curtain. Even though my room had a window and yet its still feels very damp and moldy. 3. I was given room on the 7 floor, you need to change 2 lifts and several stairs to reach the rooms, the lift feels like it will fell down any second, very shaky and unsafe. The public area corridor of the rooms are also dirty, the carpets are dusty and smelly. 4. Location wise, if ure aiming for chinatown its quite good. However there are many other hotels with similar pricing and better quality and hygiene around, so don't waste your money staying at this hotel. Also if ure gonna use grab, chinatown area will always be fee surcharge area, so not recommended. The only + side of this hotel is the management approve my request for a refund (I booked 4 nights, decided to check out after just 1 night) PS: they do indeed will give you a"gift"if you give them 5 start review, hence the high rating, but don't be fooled. I change my hotel to bukit bintang area, hotel aman. Its 1000 % better than this hotel for sure (with similar pricing) and + you can walk to TRX or Pavilion area.
