Nice room, good location close to everywhere.

Everything is okay, except there is no mirror in the room, the only mirror is in the bathroom, which makes it difficult for those who want to straighten their hair.

Yesterday I stayed here and the service was not very friendly. The room also smelled a bit.

The hotel is strategically located in the city center. The hotel room facilities are good. I have stayed in superior deluxe to executive rooms and none of them are disappointing. 24-hour security service too.

for transit it is quite okay for those who can sleep in noisy conditions, because it is right on the side of the road and the street noise enters the room

Unfortunately, I got a room that was very noisy at night, all night until morning it was like the sound of a pump turning on and off.

Ordered a non-smoking room on the app, but was given a smoking room.

It's really bad, 🤬🤬🤬 Guests are left waiting just because of a deposit even though the guest has informed them that they are leaving even though the room has been paid for via the app.

Again, business trips still choose m hotel and are always fully booked if not booked well in advance. Awesome. Of course it's very comfortable to stay here.

Of all the hotels that are priced like this m hotel, only m hotel is worth it and there are no problems. Good service, a month can stay here for 2 weeks, and every time I go to Medan now I prefer to stay at this m hotel. Hopefully it will always be like this starting from the service and cleanliness of the room, sheets, toilet, and the room. Always be successful m hotel.
