The hotel was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The only downside is that the free in-room snacks aren't refillable, and even if you stay for 5 nights, you can only get one.

It was a pleasent stay during a night in Penang. Very strategy location and near to famous line clear nasi kandar (1 minutes walk). Very hygiene and heritage modern kind of feeling. Shout out to a guy in reception always put on a smile to serve customer during check in giving a hospitality vibes but not his colleague the lady. Overall, I'm definitely come again for short stay. Thank you Ms. Iyin and Ms. Alya as well for the hospitality given feel just like home.

Hotel is great, the staff very friendly and helpful, room is great, I love the bed, very comfortable, breakfast is great, only the coffee is not hot enough, hotel location very strategic. If I come to Penang I will stay there again.
