Staff was very kind and helpful. The SPA part looks very nice and cosy, nicely arranged, with nice features (water jets, multiple types of sauna, indoor and outdoor pool, etc.). The hotel room was comfortable, but with some dirty spots (especially at the toilet and bathtub). The phone signal and internet connection in the area it is extremely poor, and the hotel doesn't seem to fix the problem. If I wish to return, it would be just for spending some time in the SPA area.

The Breakfast team are exceptional....food out of this world, one of the best breakfasts you will ever have at a hotel. We are elderly and Olivia was so kind to us during our stay. The pool was wonderful on a hot day. Plenty of beds in the morning and a great escape to the air conditioning in the afternoon. Nicest bunch of people made this a great stay. Thank you to all the team

Cooked Breakfast was poor. Staff lovely. Be aware that contrary to expedia selling this option as pay at the property, the hotel doesn't offer this they take the money 3 days before! In my case without notice.

Our experience and overall stay was great and staff very friendly and helpful. Any contact, however ahead of the stay was frustrating as it was hard to speak to anyone on the telephone with small queries or to book treatments - with a referral back to sending an email.

Started overnight for couple's spa break. Pool/spa facilities are great. Rooms are clean and comfortable with decent amenities, though the TV was old and out dated, hard to navigate channels and didn't have any streaming apps. Restaurant food was great, only slight issue was speed of service. Started arriving before drinks and when we asked for our wine a second time just told "the bar is busy" no apology or even confirming it would be checked on.

My friend and I visited for a relaxing break. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The spa facilities were lovely, and there were a variety of treatments that left us feeling pampered. The staff were attentive and made sure every detail was taken care of, making our stay enjoyable. The following morning breakfast was hot and delicious, however it is only served until 9:30. We wanted a bit of a lazy morning as we were taking a break from school runs and we felt a little rushed, and not all items were available as we had picked the last slot. This didn't detract from our stay, but would prefer a 10am breakfast option. Overall the tranquil atmosphere and excellent service make this hotel a great option for anyone seeking some peace and indulgence. Highly recommended!"

It was lovely I just expected more from a spa hotel with the room prices. Rooms were a bit small. It was difficult to get treatment appointments and make use of the spa due to their availability and it was hard to contact them to discuss In the end our treatment was cut short due to overbooking

Everything about our spa stay could best be described as “in need of TLC”. The Rooms are tired and in need of a refresh. In between a Travel Lodge and a Premier Inn for standards. Very small TVs too. The Spa facilities comprises of one pool that is both indoor&outdoor and 4 heat rooms. The pool had missing tiles, looked quite worn. It was also easy to swim into the section walls of the seperate bays of the pool. The outdoor area itself was fairly bland/nondescript and more could have been done to try and hide the fact that there is a Premier Inn within eyeshot of the hotel (nb the hotel is not very near the Malvern Hills, it’s on a trading estate, right next to an Aldi and a roundabout). The heating rooms had two good saunas, a steam room that wasn’t very steamy and a room that I’m not really sure what benefit it offered. Breakfast was very good quality but the buffet section wasn’t regularly topped up and staff were asked multiple times for more plates or butter or toast. Staff themselves seemed friendly enough but seemed strict on processes. We arrived 5 minutes before check in time, and still weren’t able to view our rooms until precisely 3pm. All in all, it was an average stay and I wouldn’t go back.

A very disappointing stay, especially after experiencing and comparing this to many other spa break. Having looked at the location and previous reviews, I had been fairly optimistic about this spa break. On first glance it looks amazing, however it seems as if all photos used to depict the location have been its selling points. With a deeper inspection you are greeted with an indoor pool area which I can only resemble being unto a leisure centre facility, with endless sun loungers compact within a limited space. The outdoor pool, described as a hydrotherapy pool had been interesting, as although being different, it lacked pool seating within each feature. Other therapy features had been bog standard. Later the hotel room provided had been clean but shabby, with stains to the carpet, cracked tiles within the bathroom and marks within the shower tray. This being a birthday spa break, I had been really disappointed to eat dinner elsewhere, although the breakfast was fairly pleasant with great customer service demonstrated. Please be aware that this spa is positioned directly opposite a retail park.

Everything was wonderful - the food, treatment, facilities and polite, helpful staff! This was my 3rd visit to the hotel and my friends absolutely loved the whole experience and want to return. Loved the ambience and enjoyed such a relaxing break. Thank you to my therapist for a great back, neck and shoulder massage!

We had a 2 day stay here with friends. The spa facilities were lovely but my spa treatment did not start well as the towels that I was asked to lie on were clearly used as they were covered in oil from the last person who had treatment. I raised it straight away with the beauty therapist and she tried to pass it off that they were old towels until I pointed out that the towels underneath were clean with no oil smell. She swiftly removed the two towels apologised and blamed the previous therapist who had used the room and that she had been asked to cover my treatment as my booked therapist was running late. Apart from that the treatment was ok, not the best I’ve ever had but the therapist was very friendly. I wouldn’t go back, due to this and a few other issues with poor service from badly trained staff, when the hotel is trying to aim for the mid to high market. So would expect standards to be better.

A lovely stay, staff were super friendly and efficient. Rooms could do with a little updating to make this a 5/5 but excellent amenities and cleanliness.
