Pleasant budget hotel that is very clean and friendly staff. Near local transportation and shops.

I traveled with my family and I had a great time. Good rooms. Modern furniture. Very pleasant stay. It was so good that I decided to come back for another stay.

We stayed in São Paulo for a few days on our way to our Africa trip. We picked São Paulo to experience Brazilian culture. And Cozzy Suites Paraiso was most definitely in the best location for it. Close to and easy access to local shops, restaurants, groceries and tourist sites. Many within easy walking distance. Absolutely loved people watching locals going about their daily lives, taking lunch breaks from work or school and doing things after the work day. The hotel is immaculately clean everywhere including our room (loft suite), the AC’s were more-than-adequate to keep us comfy, the bed was wonderfully cozy and comfortable (slept like a baby both nights), and the bathroom facility was quite small but adequate for the two of us. But most commendable of all are the staff. Even though some of them didn’t speak English comfortably, they were all incredibly warm, friendly and accommodating. Our flight from Canada came in quite early in the morning. And they were kind enough to let us check in early. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting São Paulo.

Great hotel! All the staff were very kind and helpful during my stay. The room was perfectly sized for one person to stay in and the room wifi worked very well.

Lovely location and very comfortable stay . The manageress was extremely caring and helpful .

Only complaint was the pool was under renovation

Great place!

Nice modern studios with a nice rooftop pool. It was safe and secure with friendly staff who communicated well with us in English.

We only needed a place to stay for one night between destinations and Cozzy suites were well located and affordable, the rooms are well equipped and clean. The staff is welcoming and efficient.

Experiência excelente!! Definitivamente o ponto alto é a educação e simpatia de todos os colaboradores. Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos, excelentes. A localização é muito boa, mas não dá para se deslocar a pé para os pontos turísticos.

Recepcionista excelente, eu errei a data da estadia e ela conseguiu nos hospedar de última hora, em um quarto muito melhor do que eu havia reservado. Lugar tranquilo e seguro! Nota 10!

Gostei do hotel, equipe de funcionários muito cordial e atencios..

Acho que o isolamento acústico poderia melhorar, visto que tem obras perto com muito barulho e hóspedes que chegaram de madrugada fizeram um escândalo no corredor, impossibilitando um sono de qualidade.

O Hotel é muito organizado ,limpo e confortável. Funcionários educados e atenciosos. Nosso voo foi adiantado e chegamos bem cedo pela manhã. Como não havia quartos disponíveis para realizar o check in antecipado, guardaram nossas bagagens e, assim, tivemos a oportunidade de sair e aproveitar a cidade. O café da manhã é bem variado e estava tudo fresco e gostoso. Recomendo o hotel e caso retorne e seja necessário ficar na região da Vila Mariana, com certeza me hospedaria lá novamente.

The hotel is perfect for its purpose, I.e., clean, brand new and under a budget in São Paulo. The room has all that is necessary for a comfortable stay. The staff was also very polite and helpful! Overall a great hotel and a nice stay! Thanks
