The enormous pool was gorgeous the staff was so helpful , lovely breakfast big gorgeous room with a terrace.

The hotel is in a lovely location. Close to all the amenities of the town. Staff seemed helpful and accomodating. The apartment suites were very well appointed and spacious. However, I was very disappointed with the cleanliness. The sofa had crumbs and hair. I requested for it to be cleaned in the morning as I had checked in late and the cleaning staff had already left for the day. I was promised that the room would be deep cleaned in the morning. However, this was not done. I had to request again for the room to be cleaned in the evening on my return from exploring the area. Apparently there were no notes on their room system re: the deep clean and so it was not done. The staff did eventually vacuum and clean the sofa....but only the sofa. At this level of accomodation, I had expected much more.

Beautiful villa converted into hotel by extending the property. Very modern interior. The property is only 2 stories surrounding a modern pool area with an attached bar area. Our room was on the first floor pool side. It was large and spacious. They had a bottle of wine awaiting us with a sweet hand written note. The room was modern and up to date. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also modern and had all amenities. The property is in a small cozy town with a few restaurants, boulangeries and ice cream shop, etc. It is about half an hour from Moustiers-Sainte-Marie and about 45 minutes from Gorges du Verdon. Since we checked in late, they allowed us quite a late check out. This was an excellent property that I highly recommend and would stay there again.

Had a lovely stay for 2 nights. Everything was great, from the room and its amenities. The outdoor pool and staff helping when required made for a memorable stay. The hotel is well located for local shops, bars and restaurants.

Quiet area, with a few restaurants nearby and casino. Lovely room, we were given an apartment. Staff friendly and helpful. Would love to return here one day, we wish we booked longer.

Lovely position but appears to be run on very tight budget. The room dropped below 16C at night as heating off. Asked for heater but given blanket after 24hrs. No water in room agter 1st night Cheap and harsh shampoos etc.

Excellent hotel with a very spacious and well appointed room. The staff was very helpful. Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer.

This hotel was amazing!! The drive up to the Hotel was picturesque. And staff welcoming! Our rooms were spacious and luxurious. I didn’t want to leave ! The pool area was stunning to . We will be going back .😊

This hotel deserve a five star. Best location.

It's a nice hotel, good pool, rooms are spacious and nicely designed. The breakfast is just ok. There was a bit of dump smell in our room. Also the housekeeping just made our beds when they were supposed to tidy the room, they didn't. Bathroom, toilet were not touched at all. Water and other products have not been replaced either.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite arriving after the official check-in time of 3pm, my room wasn't ready until nearly two hours later. The staff continually gave overly wishful timing updates that they were not able to meet. And this was for multiple other guests who were waiting as well - “5 more minutes” became 25 minutes more. Additionally, the staff was unhelpful and displayed an indifferent attitude towards general questions about what to do in the area or even where to eat in town. This level of service is unacceptable, and I won't be staying here again.

We only stayed one night and it’s pretty good. Everyone was helpful and nice.

Lola was extremely polite, lovely, respectful, and helpful. I also spoke with her on the phone a few days prior to my arrival and she was extremely patient with me and explained everything in detail. She has a charming and charismatic personality and I can easily say, she is the face, the image, and the success of the hotel, among other facilities the hotel offers. Her hospitality is unmatched! We loved her and we recommend her and the hotel to anyone who wants to visit. Villa Castellane will be a great experience we will always cherish!
