It was comfy bed & warm, with friendly staff. Swimming pool was gud temperature very quite ☺️ 🌡️& sauna was really hot. However, room was not sweep properly, it had no blinds or net curtains 4 privacy!

Poor conditions, no air conditioner (at least not working, no chair or table) and very poor breakfast: only bread and butter, mushrooms in jelly cans and dirty dinning room. Recommend only in a case of emergency

A budget stopover in the town - helpful staff. The room is basic but fine for the price. Not too far to walk to the centre of town.

Staff very welcoming & helpful, my room despite somewhat aged decor & bare flooring, was very clean and had everything basic thing needed There was no Dining room or Breakfast, instead you were directed to the Pizza bar next door for any meal requirements - this did not really matter, as a 10 minute walk brought you to the heart of the town's eating district. It is what it says - basic cheap , clean well located accomodation & nothing more - only thing to be aware of is they lock the doors at 8PM and change the entry code frequently, so you need to check with reception each night before you go out in case it has changed.

It's a good hotel for an overnight stay, but shower curtain is torn in half and hanging on a crooked bar. There's also no air conditioning, so be aware of that in the hot summer time. Staff is very friendly and price is extremely low, so you do only pay for what you get. Everything is clean and there were plenty of towels. All together an excellent choice for our stopover, but wouldn't book for a longer stay in the region.

On arrival the room look clean at first then went into the bathoom to find dirty towels hung on radiaters, rubish in the bin and used condoms in the bin and toilet

The young lady on reception was extremely helpful, went beyond expectations to help us with arranging our travel needs. Thank you.

We chose Urban Lodge due to good location to Mulhouse historical Quarter & Train Station. We didn't want a hotel with all the trimmings, just somewhere comfortable and clean as spent most of time out and about. Reception staff helpful and good communication before traveling from UK as we were arriving late into the night. No noise from other rooms. Great stay.

Kitchen things were not clean otherwise ok.
