Great place, excellent value! Clean and comfortable room, and good breakfast included. Right in the City Center close to everything. The street full of eateries, coffee places, and stores. Very kind, friendly, and attentive staff. Weak WI-FI during my stay.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The service was excellent, and we especially want to highlight the kindness, attentiveness, and helpfulness of Zuri and Edwin, who made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is excellent, and the atmosphere is very family-friendly, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy yourself. Our only suggestion is to make some adjustments to the restrooms to improve accessibility for wheelchair users, as the available space is a bit limited. Aside from that, our experience was excellent. It is definitely a highly recommended hotel.

1. The service is very good, and the receptionists are friendly and attentive. 2. The rooms are terrible. The sheets are full of hair, the pillows don't have pillowcases, and they're very dirty (outrageously dirty). 3. The location is surrounded by bars and loud music, making it impossible to rest. 4. Although they changed my room, it wasn't a good experience.
