Highly recommended Easy checkin and checkout. Clean and fresh There was some gummy bear bags as welcome gift. Breakfast is fair, some days eggs and bacon were done nicely but other days it was unbearable. Location is the bestest possible, I’d dare to say it’s even better located than the EuropaPark hotels.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel am Park!! This was our second time and it won't be our last. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is helpful, the breakfast is great in both quality and variety and the location is mere steps away from Europa Park's entrance. The bus which runs to/from the Ringsheim station will drop you off right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend!

The location is excellent opposite the park (3min walk). The rooms are clean, nice and breakfast is very good. Has a small kiosk to buy anything you need and has bus stop just beside incase you want to move around.

I was very disappointed with breakfast as it had such strong reviews. But we've been here 3 days so far and not one morning had the breakfast been complete. Day one the hot selection just had eggs, bacon, sausages and hash browns missing. Day 2 had bacon and sausages some of the time but no hash browns. Day 3 we arrived earlier, an hour before closing and all that was missing was hash browns and croissants. They were no where near full, they just don't seem to care that things run out and I'd like a full breakfast when I'm paying 200 a night. Staff are friendly on the whole. Room is lovely and spacious although not cleaned first 3 nights.

its my first night at this hotel right now, its 1 am as i cannot sleep due to the ghost thats been bugging me and my friend. but so far, the hotel is really quiet. like, super quiet. and the room itself is absolutely amazing. theres a great view, and they really out-did themselves with the lights in the room. theres so many light switches, so many fancy options. im loving it. you also get a free bottle of water and some gummy bears so thanks to whoever came up with that idea youre an absolute chad🙏 the rest of the experience was really nice. cant say much about the service as we mainly used a monitor to kind of self-checkout. but i did feel like something touched my leg when i was trying to sleep. me and my friend are still currently working on figuring that out. also the power went out for like 10 seconds after it happened but i think that was just a slight malfunction. as for the ghost that touched my leg, I might update on that eventually. overall great experience.
